Shout out to the INCREDIBLE woman at Subway who just helped me out with 16 unique footlong sandwich orders at peak lunch hour. (she is tall, South Asian, & has wonderful/powerful energy). She was efficient, never allowed a line to grow by delegating to her colleagues, and ensured a truly positive experience for me.

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. The worker was too busy talking to his coworker to even bother paying attention to what I wanted to order. I wanted a 6in BLT and he continued to give me a footlong. I had to repeat myself 5 times for him to register what I wanted. And throughout the entire order he continued talking over me as I ordered. And the food doesn’t look too fresh

As I was entering the restaurant. I noticed the employee rubbing his face and beard. He took out a glove out of the box without washing his hands I had to ask the person more then once to wash his hand. He told me he is going to wear gloves. He contaminated the glove he was about to put on with his dirty hands and thinking that's OK. He finally rinsed off his hands not wash and he started to laugh about it. I walked out after that. This was Monday March 3rd 2025 around 10pm

I ordered something on the menu, and they made something completely different. And when I said I ordered something else, the worker RUDELY declined and just put more in my sandwich. WHICH I DIDN’T ASK FOR and looked at me smugly, and disrespectfully. When I protested again and said “this is not my sandwich” (in a polite and respectful way) he looked at me smugly and said yes, but well charge you the price of the one you ordered. Then he said something to his coworker while looking at me, teasingly. AND, when I said I at least wanted a free cookie as a compromise, he said I would have to pay for it with that same smug look. I normally try to be as respectful as possible, but when the coworker is disrespectful because of a mistake he made, that’s downright wrong.
