Every single time I come to this location they take their sweet time. It’s like they don’t want customers. Mind you I’m on my lunch break so I only have a half hour to eat. The first time I came here he made me wait while he made uber orders. Now I come in here today and he’s making me wait while he sweeps the floor. What kind of service is this.

My friend and I were appalled to find this subway operating without a single AC unit in 96-degree weather, (and it was well over 100 degrees in the store.) The lovely man who helped us was clearly heat-EXHAUSTED and DEHYDRATED. This is unacceptable for the workers' well-being and should be addressed immediately. My sandwich didn't even need to be warmed up. !!!!!

I walked in today prior to 8:45 PM and they turned me away saying they were already closing up since 8:30 PM. The hours online explicitly state store closure at 9:00 PM. It was raining outside and limited options for food. Rude staff tonight - 05/22.

Do not order online! I placed an order online, but it was incorrect. I immediately requested to cancel it, yet the company still withdrew the money from my account. Since then, I’ve tried calling multiple times, but none of their phone numbers seem to work. Very disappointing experience.

Their scanner don’t work they be scamming me. It hasn’t worked in so long and they haven’t fixed it yet. I swear they don’t fix it on purpose. I’m just trying to redeem a 6 inch and they don’t even scan. I had to pay 8 buckoronies for that. Absolute diabolical scammers. 1/10Edit: one of the workers were chill like that? just bc of him 6/10
