It is a very good subway and all the workers are nice and friendly. I have never had a bad sandwich there and they always make it perfectly.

Their scanner don’t work they be scamming me. It hasn’t worked in so long and they haven’t fixed it yet. I swear they don’t fix it on purpose. I’m just trying to redeem a 6 inch and they don’t even scan. I had to pay 8 buckoronies for that. Absolute diabolical scammers. 1/10Edit: one of the workers were chill like that? just bc of him 6/10

Opens much later than stated time

NYC has 1mil+ Delis and Bodegas. I came for the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies.

Sloppy service, dirty store and incredibly CHEAP owners/employees. Want your sauce on the side so your sandwich doesn’t get soggy? Forget it. They won’t do it and push you to buy a drink. Only way they’ll use an empty container. Disgusting location where your time and money is poorly spent. Unfortunately since subway sandwich shops are individually owned and operated, owners take such cheap measures at cost-cutting yet prices go up, sacrificing quality and experience. Not going here ever again.
Very rude staff. One guy was cleaning the floor and actually refused to let me in, so I waited by the door. In the mean time the second guy asked me to come in so I stepped inside and I was literally scolded by the other guy. He said "Can't you understand when I told you to wait outside?" I mean why don't you co-ordinate with your colleague first and then talk to the customer please.
The staff was RUDE… it was a terrible experience.
Bread was old and not fresh,as it supposed to be.
Overtly lied that a sandwich was out of their menu for the past 6 months, when i got it from the same shop last week. Rudely stated that i was a liar, which was rich. Laziness? Petulance? Who knows but I’m not coming back.
