Their scanner don’t work they be scamming me. It hasn’t worked in so long and they haven’t fixed it yet. I swear they don’t fix it on purpose. I’m just trying to redeem a 6 inch and they don’t even scan. I had to pay 8 buckoronies for that. Absolute diabolical scammers. 1/10Edit: one of the workers were chill like that? just bc of him 6/10

Never mobile order. I have used mobile orders a couples times at this location. I ordered my usual, walked in 10 minutes after the pickup time and waited 15 minutes as it was busy and didn't want to bother the workers. I finally asked about my order and showed the receipt/credit card transaction. They said there's nothing they can do since they didn't receive the order. Waste of time for a mediocre sandwich. Try Brooklyn Fare 2 blocks up - delicious deli sandwiches

Sloppy service, dirty store and incredibly CHEAP owners/employees. Want your sauce on the side so your sandwich doesn’t get soggy? Forget it. They won’t do it and push you to buy a drink. Only way they’ll use an empty container. Disgusting location where your time and money is poorly spent. Unfortunately since subway sandwich shops are individually owned and operated, owners take such cheap measures at cost-cutting yet prices go up, sacrificing quality and experience. Not going here ever again.

Very rude staff. One guy was cleaning the floor and actually refused to let me in, so I waited by the door. In the mean time the second guy asked me to come in so I stepped inside and I was literally scolded by the other guy. He said "Can't you understand when I told you to wait outside?" I mean why don't you co-ordinate with your colleague first and then talk to the customer please.

Overtly lied that a sandwich was out of their menu for the past 6 months, when i got it from the same shop last week. Rudely stated that i was a liar, which was rich. Laziness? Petulance? Who knows but I’m not coming back.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Just like others said, totally rude. They have a DISCONNECTED phone number listed here, on the Subway app, and in Google maps. No way to contact them. When I went in to ask that they cancel an order (which is what the Subway app directed me to do), they said they couldn't do it because I needed to do it with the app. Of course, Subway being the horrible place it is, there's no way to contact anyone in central about this. Besides being completely wrong about the process and not understanding anything I was saying, they were screaming at me. They should be shut down.

I have been eating a subway footlong club sandwich for years this is the only place that he threw the meat on the bread and the way he put the meat was wrong and the price of the sandwich was 2 dollars and Fifty cents more the other subways and there was no Hi or enjoy with a dog face.

Have to give this location two-stars. I live nearby and go here often for lunch. 1) they never open on time. At least 6-7 times I would arrive about 15-20 after the opening time stated on door and no one is there. I guess they open whenever they wish. Frustrating. 2) they are not friendly at all. Not that I’m expecting 5-star service, but at least greet with ‘hello’. I come here at least 3x a week if working from home, they should recognize me by now. 3) they are extremely stingy on the toppings. Always ask for extra or a little more. That’s why I would never order online.Overall, it’s a subway. I’m in and out.
