I went to make an order and the sandwich was made horrible. Wrapped my sandwich in wet and filthy sandwich paper. His customer service was horrible he acted as he didn’t give a dam about my complaint. This happen on 8/31/23 9:54am he was Asian didn’t tell me his name. HORRIBLE I will never buy at any subway your workers don’t give a dam and my health is more important then eating here

Love this location ! Staff is always friendly and welcoming! They make my sandwich with love I go every other day for lunch on my break in the city ! Great location always clean and always have variety of chips and cookies.

OMG They can't even be bothered to make sandwiches correctly. I ordered a Veggie Delight Foot Long with SWISS CHEESE... so they made the sandwich without any cheese. Horrible attitude, I called them and they couldn't care less. They guy who answered the phone sounded like he was sleeping.It's too bad because unlike most Subways the veggies were very fresh and they were fast. But I guess went se fast they missed the Swiss Cheese. Fortunately I had high quality Swiss at home, so I saved the sandwich. I'm realizing that they also left off the oil and vinegar - so also had high quality Olive Oil and a great red wine vinegar of my own. I know that this store is making so much money, so why do they care if they do a bad job on one order. Terrible Uber Eats would only give me a $2.60 credit. I'll try another Subway maybe.The sandwich was good, the Multi-Grain Hero was very good, well baked, very fresh - just try to stay focused on the sandwich you are making.

this is the best subways. staff extremely friendly and clean. they close the glass while food is not being served to keep it fresh. also Rai is the best extremely helpful
