Don't even bother. Placed an order online for pickup. Saw that my order was ready and when we arrived, all of a sudden my order was canceled. Waste of time and clueless staff.

I stopped by for pick up and the subway artist person was working on another sandwich the same time as mine. Gloves were never changed throughout all this and he kept going back and forth between the two sandwiches and I had to repeat myself 3x to ask for extra onions on my sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich. He did not follow the order instructions, between less pickles, he put regular, I asked for more spinach, lettuce and onions and he gave regular.
Lastly, I asked for the pretzel dipper and he stated they don't sell it anymore. If that's the case, why is the billboard up? This is false advertising and I'm just utterly disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars to a place, it would be this specific franchise. It was a huge mistake to order food through the app. Apparently the workers/managers pick and choose what food options they want to keep available for the night. I initially wanted a veggie sub and got bread with a bunch of salad in it. I decided to call the store just to clarify if they had made my order incorrectly and the employee that was closing on Jan 3rd, 2025 behaved so rudely on the phone, kept repeating the same thing over and over again and cut the phone call on me. What kind of bullshit service is this? I should’ve just ordered in person & watch him make it because it was a total waste of my time, money & food. No wonder why this place always stays empty. Save your money and get food somewhere else.

recently, i conducted an experiment where i ordered at several different Subway locations and here is my results for the Delancey / Allen St LESS location.
the location it is pretty clean, very brightly lit, and some seating options. ordered a Turkey sando with a bunch of different veggies on toasted flatbread for lunch. my thoughts? not a great sandwich BUT a solidly good one. the quality of the ingredients at this Subway weren't at the top but not they are not at the bottom...they were actually fairly average tbh. for a quick service restaurant, this location is decently good and serves your needs when you need a quick meal. so while Subway wouldn't be my go-to for a sandwich, it works well when you're in a pinch and need calories but are short on time. the service was friendly enough and my food was packed and bagged neatly.

The bengali guy who served was really rude, should learn some manners. And when I later called the store to tell him, he said that's not my problem and hung up on me. Very very rude! That's not how u treat customers.
