Had an awful experience with Samir. I ordered a sandwich with fresh mozzarella on the app, which costs extra. When I arrived they said it had been discontinued. I asked them to cancel/refund the order and Samir said that isn't possible and I had to cancel it myself. However, there was no way for me to cancel it in the app or report an issue. I told Samir and he insisted that I just choose something else instead of the mozzarella. I asked for a gatorade and he said no because it's a couple cents more than the cheese. I asked if he couldn't just cover the difference and he said no. I offered to pay cash for the price difference and he said no because he can't ring up such a small amount. I asked to speak to a manager and he said there isn't one. I asked how I can pay the difference and he said the smallest amount he can ring up is 97 cents. I said fine, and paid EXTRA for a gatorade (and a sandwich) I didn't even want. He then started making my sandwich incorrectly, ignoring the instructions I put on the app. When I pointed this out he said I didn't put any instructions and started waving someone else's receipt in my face. I said "that's not my receipt" and he found the correct one and didn't apologize. Instead of remaking the sandwich he just put what I'd actually requested on top of the already toasted sandwich and gave it to me. Through the whole process Samir was truly awful and rude. A large line formed through the whole thing because the two other staff members were just watching the interaction. Everyone in the store was looking at me sympathetically because he was being so blatantly terrible.
The food is always cold I’ve never seen a subways use a microwave as fast as this one does. Food is warm at best never hot. They rush as if this store is ever full. Would not recommend and the bread or meat tastes funny at times

I don’t usually write reviews but I ordered a sandwich, chips, and a cookie on ubereats the other night. The delivery had a missed item, so I was told it would be delivered in 10-20min (I offered for it to be cancelled but the manager insisted). The item also never arrived after that. Next, I couldn’t tell if the strange taste of the sandwich was the meat, veggies, or bread. In the end, I think it was the veggies and possibly the meat. Regardless, I didn’t finish the sandwich. I don’t expect much, but a clean sandwich that I ordered is minimum. I also can’t speak to the atmosphere since this was delivery.

i feel bad giving one stars but i went in here 4 months ago bc i hadn’t had subway in like a billion years and the workers were being very rude, and maybe they were having a bad day but they were practically yelling at me, i almost cried ?and the sandwich wasn’t that good ?

I ordered one footlong sandwich from GrubHub just tonight. After two bites into my sandwich, I ran to the toilet and threw up. Why? I did not check the box on my sandwich order to include live bugs. Dirty and Disgusting.

Honestly don’t think it’s my problem, even though I have the order shown on my phone, he refused to look and ask for phone number, credit card number, and checked my ID, then still talking to me in a very rude way, I didn’t beg you to make me food, it’s not even some fancy food, with that attitude I will never return.It’s not my problem that you can’t dial my phone and you should have alternative identity verification method. And the staff really doesn’t have to be that rude.Update: they added this note, but do the owner know that the Apple Pay use virtual credit card number? So the last four digits of the physical card won’t match the number on the order receipt.Plus if I order online, I have to 1. Receive phone call for confirm 2. Show ID card 3. Show credit card even if I use Apple Pay.Plus during the daytime everything goes smoothly, all the staff are so nice during the day time. Just at late night that one guy giving attitude

This is the most disgusting subway ever! The jamacian girl behind the counter is rude, yelling at people and doesnt even look clean herself. No owner or manager is available. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IT IS THE WORST!!!

Horrible experience, dirty, employees not wearing gloves. Just gross and the employees are rude
The shop attendant is very very nice, and speaks french ! When you get out of there, you are happy of your meal but mainly delighted by the warm welcome that the server has provided you. I recommend this Subway 1000%.
