This is a review for an Uber eats order. I am posting it here because I do not want it to affect my delivery person as they did a good job.If someone is making an online order to be delivered, and they have add-ons that you're charging a great deal for, like avocado, double meat or the like, do not be stingy with the extras. I ordered a tuna footling with smashed avocado, and there was barely avocado on it. It was just a coating on the bread. Getting charged $2.49 for smashed avocado when I could have just gone to the supermarket and bought a WHOLE avocad, smashed it myself and put it in my sandwich and been way more satisfied with my portion size.Fruits and vegetables are not that expensive, and they're already factored into the cost of your sandwiches, which are already inflated in price. The quality of your sandwiches doesn't reflect how expensive they've become. I've ordered from thsi subway for years now, and they just continue to disappoint. Until you fix your issues of being stingy and inflated, I won't be coming back. Sorry, I can't support a franchise that keeps on ripping off its customers when they make online orders.

The gentleman was rude. Then he starts looking at receipt because he feels the tips are not enough .Never again will I go there. Will walk to another Subways. Don’t buy here is not worth it.

I agree with all the bad reviews! This Subway location has some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. The short man by behind the counter (owner I think) always has an attitude and seems to get more annoyed with each additional topping request. They always give you a hard time about honoring Subway coupons and offers. Several months ago my girlfriend went to pick up 2 subs that we had ordered separately during a 50% off a foot long special, they called me repeatedly while I was at a Doctors appointment to verify I was a real person (Accusing her of creating a new account for the deal) before making my sandwich. Considering we are regular customers that have been going there for years it's ridiculous for them to accuse us of doing this and ask for my ID and Credit Card for verification!!! Rude and unacceptable. I really hope this review is seen by someone on the corporate side of Subway and they make some changes in the unprofessional and disrespectful way this particular store is run.Btw, my service score would be zero stars if possible.

I've been going here for the last year and I felt like I needed to write something to correct all the negative reviews. I'm assuming this place has been recently placed under new management. The guy who is always working here is really nice and the customer service has been great! The food is always as good as I expect a subway sub to be and there's been times he's given me a free cookie that's been leftover. Overall could not recommend this subway more!

the main employee there has horrible costumer service. thankfully I saw another subway a few blocks down by Amsterdam? that lll try out. I usually go to subway often but this place lost my business. he is beyond rude and cheap. I went to this location twice but that's more than enough now. I also don't like when they try to refuse your coupons. that should not be allowed and is wrong

Mahamoud was very rude. I asked for a broccoli chowder soup early morning. I noticed the bag of soup was probably left out all night in the microwave. when I asked if the bag was in a fridge, mahamoud got out of control. lol

First and last time at this location. The misery on their faces made me not want to eat the sandwich. You shouldn’t work in the service industry if you are that miserable. They were very lonely upset about the BOGO order I placed through the app. Then open a deli and charge your own prices. Corporate should shut down this location
