Where do I start? I'm currently a new manager in this area and decided to go to this location to go get lunch. My first day entering this restaurant was horrible. The lady and the guy decided that they did not want to make my salad the way that I always get it especially at another location. They decided to give me a hard time on top of that instead of taking their time to take my order. They were rushing me so I decided to exit. I believe that was about a week ago. So yesterday, October 5th, I entered this establishment once again and decided instead of getting a salad because it was an issue the first time I decided to get a meatball sandwich, I told myself let's give this another try. Let me give these employees one more chance on how to serve their guests. This experience once again was horrible. I'm going to say it one more time. Horrible, unprofessional!!! As you can see in the photo below. This young man took my order and he was highly disrespectful. Highly disrespectful. He rushed me the whole time. He did not listen to all the ingredients that I wanted on my sandwich, I would have walked out again but I was hungry and I did not have time, to go to another restaurant even though that establishment will greet me the way that we greet our guests when walking in... With appreciation and respect and with patience.... I decided to just stay and watch this unprofessional behavior occur in front of me it was very rushed and I can continue to pay the $9 that I was charged. Unfortunately I will not be returning back to this establishment and I need to know how I can get my refund. An FYI, I believe your employees need to be trained the right way on how to serve guests and how to have patience with the guests.

After getting two day severe food poisioning from this place, I finally will myself to leave a review.

I order veggie patties, and among the first times I did so here the lady said, "you have veggie pattie you can you can only have four vegetable." The attached picture shows what a full order of all veggies apparently looks like one time. (Trust me, all veggies are there, if you can't see them, its because they gave me a single veggie of each it felt like.)

Many times they seem to be unhygenic when handling food, scratching their faces or just putting toppings on top of older toppings (instead of tossing and cycling).

Not to mention you can't understand the staff or they cannot understand you half of the time.

Don't risk your health here.

The place is clean and not very busy, the sandwich is a classic subway sandwich, not exceptional but customizable and substantial, recommended for a quick and cheap lunch

The staff are rude and cold, they even put on your receipt items that you not order so you pay more. Remember to look at the receipt to verify what you ordered.

Some young Arabs, Muslims or Hindus serve you, they are rude, they sell you what they want, they argue throughout the stay. Pure shouting, best avoided. Find another branch to avoid bad times

They serve you very poorly, they didn't pack my sandwiches separately even though I asked them for a favor. They didn't have napkins, I asked and they only gave me one.

It’s not the service and food that you expected from a regular subway. 4 slices of tomato for a foot long and they limit # of toppings, saying “that’s it”, very rude and unpleasant atmosphere.

Please beware of getting up-charged. Although you ask for a regular sub, the cashier will say that the sandwhich have extra meat and cheese, when in fact it’s just a regular sub.
