Terrible hygiene – staff sneezed and kept making food without washing hands. They even charged for soda refills. Not recommended!

Bad service.
They shout, they do not let you choose anything else to what is in the picture and the rations are poor for any toppings or sauce.

I went in to order a footlong and the workers were taking their time talking loudly rather than helping me. When she finally started making my sandwich she put onions and peppers in it when I clearly said lettuce and tomato. I never had an issue with Subways until I came into this one.

The franchise is run by an Indian family who mixed up the veggies and sauce in my two subs and the owner had the audacity to blame me for their mistake. Instead of making new subs, they tried to wipe off the sauce from one with a cloth and handed it back to me. Whatever happened to hygiene and preventing cross-contamination?

Lady in the morning was cleaning instead of serving people. Acknowledged my order and kept cleaning for 5 min. Didn’t change gloves. Walked out.

I normally love subway and I never complained before. Ever. But it's super weird to be denied extra sauce for my foot long. I even offered extra money. I'm pregnant and all I wanted was extra sauce. It was not nice to deny sauce and the amount of sauce put in my foot long was just such a small amount. All I wanted was more flavor. Maybe you can fix this so I can keep returning after work.

At 11:20PM 05/26/25 a worker denied making me a tuna subway sandwich because I didn’t want to my sandwich toasted he made me wait until the next work cone to make me a cold tuna sandwich

They gave very little of everything. They skimp out on the lettuce , tomato , spianch and subkrunch. Also their subkrunch was stale. I even had to ask lady for more subcrunch and she gave like a sprinkle more.

Empty place wouldn’t take my order I asked the worker if someone else workers there to take my order and was told no but they served the white woman after me JUST SO YOU KNOW AFRICAN AMERICANS ARE PEOPLE TOO THANK YOU FOR NOTHING AND I WILL NEVER GO TO SUBWAY AGAIN NOW I KNOW WHY I NEVER SEE ANYONE LIKE ME WHEN I GO

I want to share my experience as the person who was just working at 430am in 3/29 was extremely rude and disgusting. I placed a mobile order and added toasted to the order. I walked in to see the worker sitting down on his phone with his hand in his hair. I informed him I had a mobile order and he grabbed it. I explained it was supposed to be toasted. He tells me it can't be toasted if it's not on the receipt as per his manager. I explained I can't eat it cold due to health. What he did next blew my mind. He opened the sandwich with his bare hands and began touching and picking it and said he would toast it. I explained I didn't want that sandwich as he just put his bare hands all over it. I asked him to just refund me due to at this point going back and forth with a food employee over him touching my food with bare hands was unsanitary. He informed me he can't process refunds and if I want a refund I have to cancel the order on the app. I asked him how can I cancel an order on the app that status is ready for pick up. He said he don't know, figure it out. Now he isn't the usual guy that works during these house so I know this isn't the usual case. But the employee that was there is a bad representation of subway and shouldn't be handling food for the public if he doesn't understand why it is unsanitary to touch people food after playing in his hair and phone. I have pictures of him touching the sandwich with his hand as well as the employee.
At night there are many crazy people but it is New York, the food is good, the person who serves speaks little English but will understand you anyway.
