I made an order using the app, it went through and some Indian guy acted aggressively when I asked him if he had received the order. I had waited 15 minutes and wanted to know if at least he received the order. He responded in broken English so I couldn’t understand what he was saying. I decided to wait the few minutes left and when I approached him again he asked to see a printed receipt. I said I had ordered through the app and the order had gone through on my end. He again spoke broken English and for what I understood he said I had to go to another store and threaten to call the police. I was fuming and reported him then. I also called my bank to cancel the transaction. Order here at your own risk!

He said we charge extra $3 just to pack them separately.
I have been to many subway locations
This is the worst so far .

terrible. The two times i’ve been in there the bread was SUPER STALE AND HARD. first time i thought it was because i came late at night. second time I came at lunchtime so it was evident it was old bread. the lady behind the counter seemed to not want to give me extra? every time i asked her for more she would add like two more black olives…. i had to ask her THREE times for more of one topping because she wasn’t listening. To top it off, she goes to roll up my sandwich and the bread is so hard that it completely breaks in half and the toppings start spilling out. she didn’t see an issue. insane. also, paid for a fountain drink and half of the drinks were out of syrup. it’s super dirty inside as well.

I went in to this subway and asked for a footlong dipper with provolone cheese. The person behind the counter started my food with no gloves on. Once I said something as this is unsanitary, a person from the back asked provolone, you can't have this with provolone. If you don't like it you can leave. I was leaving anyway as this store practices unsanitary conditions. But to have poor customer service over cheese is mind-blowing

I love this Subway! It is clean and the staff is friendly and always greets me with a smile and by name. The sandwiches are loaded with fresh ingredients and it is fairly priced. Highly recommend this location if you are n the area..

Very very very bad service, I went at 22:30, and the very unfriendly employee told me that he was closed????? When clearly every restaurant closes at 0:00, I told him I was a hungry tourist, then the bad employee change the version, he could attend me in 10 minutes. ¿¿¿??? Very bad service. I went to Taco Bell across the 8 ave, great service! But Subway very very very bad service.

This guy seems to make his own hours. I got at this subway Wednesday 26th of June at 10:20PM looking to purchase a tuna footlong and he uses his hand to fan me away that made me fell disrespected because I go there almost nightly. Store closes at 12AM.
