This was the cleanest subway I have ever seen! The kindness staff I've ever met. I feel horrible that they have to deal with uneducated ghetto ppl that disrespect, abuse & take advantage of the staff. I witnessed it first hand, and I could see the fear in their faces by some kids being rude and threatening & also a customer defending the kids that were in the wrong. I was ready to jump into action, but you never know in this neighborhood. But Def was ready to call 911. Bravo to you all, and I wish they had some sort of security.

Super clean and new. Owners are very friendly and serve toppings generously. You can read the toast time on their little oven. Free refills and the plain soda tab is easy to find. Great resource.

Poor service. The shirt 5' older guy was very rude limiting my ingredients and trying to overload with salad first, when I insisted he starts slamming the food and napkins. It's convenient and I had a better experience yesterday. Explains why it's always empty

Great subway sandwich shop. Ordered online and in person and they were able to satisfy my hunger. The ingredients are fresh and the bread are made daily. Sometimes during lunch hours, it will be busy. Great location with plenty of street and meter parking in front.

Great Subway !Subway is a fast food where you can make your own sandwiches : you choose a bread, some meat, some vegetables and a sauce. You can also choose some "premade" sandwiches.Here, employees are friendly and efficient.Sandwiches are fast and well done.I recommend !

I’d give negative stars if this app allowed me to. Ordered via their app for delivery from this location. After waiting a hour with hungry kids, and not being able to reach the location via phone, I called door dash. Door Dash apprised me that the subway had refused to fulfill the order and thus there was no food. Subway provided no update about the cancellation. When I called the location directly, the guy who picked up the phone said his manager said not to make it and that I would have to speak to him. Then he said he is a hourly employee and that if I’m upset I can call 311 or the health department. Bottom line, they would not serve a paying customer and provided no reasoning. Boycott location!

This store is the worst and I will not buy from here again. I preordered my meal on the app and set a pick up time like i have previously done. Of course i arrived 5 minutes after my pick up time and was told its not ready. This is not the first time this was done to me. He also said its because my name wasnt on the order and i use the app multiple times so im unsure as to why my name didnt print on his receipt. My problem is i order it for a specific time so I can pick it up and go to work ( I work for MTA). I was told by the man who works in there its not about who I work for. I will say the lack of appreciation for some essential workers out here is disgusting. Whats the purpose of preordering and putting a specific pick up time if your not going to honor it! Not to mention my salad was made but it wasnt made good guess from me saying i was going to put in a complaint. I live in harlem 3 blocks from this location for 39 years and love to support local businesses but this Subways will NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN! Your workers need a retraining in providing courteous customer service!!
