Me and my friend came here, while I was ordering the worker said a word I couldn’t understand so I of course asked him to repeat himself but then quickly became agitated. Then, when I went to checkout the worker was very aggressive and told me to “scan” my credit card, took my phone and tried to scan my card even though you cannot scan credit cards?? After several tries and me telling multiple times that I could only TAP and not scan (??) her boss came over and only then was I able to pay for my food. Then to top it all off I didnt have pickles in my sandwich (which I asked for) and my friend didn’t have her tomatoes! The food was ok but the service and workers were aggressive and unpleasant.

I visited Subway in New York City in October 2023 and had the pleasure of trying their Veggie Patty sub, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The worst customer service I’ve seen in a while

I ordered for pickup and they claimed that I never ordered it from here and that I was a liar. When I showed them them on the app that I did order they said ok it’s coming up. I waited and all they did was just look at me and say why is she standing there. I said are you gonna make it and they said ok tell me your order and you pay here. I said I already showed you I payed for it and you said it’s coming up.One of the guys proceeded to call me a liar again. I waited for 20 minutes. They didn’t want to give a refund.

ANAM ISLAM IN THE FRONT IS VERY PATIENT AND KIND. LOVED HIM. I CAME IN WITB A SUMMER CAMP AND HE WAS VERY PATIENT WITH OUR SHY KIDS AND HELPED THEM FIGURE OUT HOW TO ORDER A SANDWHICH. 10/10 WILL COME AGAIN
i ordered on the app. not only did the man working just watch me wait for it (it was already made), he also toasted the bread when i indicated that i didn’t want it toasted. When i politely told him, he argued with me that i needed to put it in special instructions. Will never come here again due to rude employees
