Ordered many times. Pay for %50 more, you get %50 less. Unacceptable. Another subway gave me the same order but 2x the size last week. What’s up with this place? Not good or great. Do not recommend

Employee refused to sell me the fresh cookies at the front he told me store policy is they have to sell the older cookies in the back. I told him I was buying a half a dozen and wanted the freshest cookies they had but he still refused and began to ignore me. Most subways including this one normally try to please the customer but this is the first time I had this issue I suggest management check on this person 10/21/24 12 pm refused to make a sale out of his own pride or ego

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a subway. Should have read all of the reviews around the rudeness from their employees. The manager is no better and does not know how to lead the store. Customer satisfaction is not some thing they care about at all. One of the employees tried to assault me because I said that I was going to file a complaint and asked for his name. I am completely disgusted by my experience at this location and have even written complaints directly to Subway and have not heard back from them this was unacceptable.

Very rude person at the counter. He charged me incorrectly and I asked him to correct it, he became very abusive. Their sandwiches prices are much higher than other Subways.

Called this morning to find out if they use Boars Head products before placing an online order. Boars Head has a listeria outbreak so I wanted to make sure before I ordered that they don’t use anything from this brand. The owner picks up the phone and tells “ he doesn’t have any idea” and hung up on me. I think this is ridiculous. They’re supposed to serve hospital employees and they don’t even know what they’re serving. Scary!!

Very bad and rude customer service! If you like subway, then you should go to another location like the other reviews say. They tell you need to pay more for sauces you order through mobile app and make you feel uncomfortable.
One other time in an offline order, the same person as above charged a 30% tip on my footlong without my consent and didn't give me the receipt. Beware. Always ask for receipts if you go here.

I deliver and the food is never ready, they always start placing your order when they see the delivery person, if you can place your order elsewhere do it, but if you don't mind wait until your hunger goes away, continue.
If you can order from another subways then do that.They let a stranger walk-out with my DoorDash Order and instead of being forgiving they were rude to my delivery driver. Worst. Subways.
