This restaurant has a clean and pleasant atmosphere. The staff is respectful and kind, and they prepared my food within five minutes. It wasn’t very busy, so I had a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m in the area!
I think the day I went they had some new employees they were training because the service was a little iffy. I ordered two sandwiches through the app. I didn't realize that they actually ignore app orders until the time shown on your screen. Even though they weren't busy and no one was in the store they weren't making my sandwiches. Ordered through the mobile app and selected not to have my bread toasted. Then added in special instructions for them not to toast the bread of my sandwich as previously instructed by a employee at that location to ensure it is seen and not roasted. Arrived to pick up my sandwich and my bread and entire sandwich had been toasted and warmed.
