I think the day I went they had some new employees they were training because the service was a little iffy. Ordered through the mobile app and selected not to have my bread toasted. Then added in special instructions for them not to toast the bread of my sandwich as previously instructed by a employee at that location to ensure it is seen and not roasted. Arrived to pick up my sandwich and my bread and entire sandwich had been toasted and warmed. I didn't both getting it remade or telling the employee as I didn't have time for that while ordeal to begin as I was running late...
