I saw the worker use the same gloves to start the over and prepping the food. Also used hands for the grilled chicken and touch the cheese and then leave the stack of cheese on one of the subs he was preping on the chicken. Forget the fact he wasn’t even greeting the people that come in it’s nyc so that’s all cool

Asked for more veggies than the small portion the owner put on and he said he already put too much on it. Veggies look like they have been sitting out for a while so not sure why they’re conserving every piece of jalapeños.

I don’t really review places but figured I’d review this subway because there are so many bad ratings. IMO, this subway is fine, it’s like every other subway. Nothing particularly wrong with the sandwiches whatsoever. Not sure why the reviews are so bad.

Very very nasty people would not go in there again refused to remake my sandwich when they messed up with the bread why would you give me whole wheat bread ? He said it’s the same bread and they are very very nasty people I truly hope they hire better staff that actually cares about there customers I would never ever go back there nasty from the time I walked in and didn’t even want to remake it when they can’t read how to make my sandwich again avoid this place at all cost

I feel like employees here don’t wanna do their job, got my order and i couldn’t even eat it. They didn’t toast my bread, didn’t put everything i put in the order, not enough sauce. I put everything in the note but still. There were 2-3 workers & manager was there too.

Rarely give a bad review. I wanted to like this place as just moved to the neighborhood. But 3 times in a row messed up my order. By messing up basically just skimping on ingredients, missing some and a tiny serving of about half of what you ask for. Ordered "The monster" online today. Supposed to have bacon and 2 times cheese, with steak. Got a thin sandwich zero cheese and no bacon. And the wrong sauce. Unbelievable.
