I feel like employees here don’t wanna do their job, got my order and i couldn’t even eat it. They didn’t toast my bread, didn’t put everything i put in the order, not enough sauce. I put everything in the note but still. There were 2-3 workers & manager was there too.

$12 for a sandwich and the guy working early mornings acts like the ingredients come out of his paycheck. He tells you that you cannot ask for more lettuce or tomatoes. Shittiest service on the UES. Does not respond to "good morning," "thank you," nor "have a nice day."

Rarely give a bad review. I wanted to like this place as just moved to the neighborhood. But 3 times in a row messed up my order. By messing up basically just skimping on ingredients, missing some and a tiny serving of about half of what you ask for. Ordered "The monster" online today. Supposed to have bacon and 2 times cheese, with steak. Got a thin sandwich zero cheese and no bacon. And the wrong sauce. Unbelievable.

Be careful here. I passed my card over the card reader. It included a tip. I did not press a tip. I asked the guy to refund the card and he refused. He said it was my fault. I will never go to this place again. That is very sad because the place is right around by where I am working. He just didn’t want to have anything to do with me, but he took the tip. I would never give this man a tip never never give this man a tip.

Never am I going back to this place again. Always messing up orders . I asked for a veggie delite sandwich and this is what I got . Wasn’t even toasted looking at temperature and look at how much ingredients were actually put . Very disappointing and need to train their staff much better. Mistake was made ordering online through Uber from them.
