Building management is incredibly problematic and slow to assist with any issue. Air conditioning is NOT realiable - I have been told that I am imagining my faulty unit, and no help is being provided beyond that.
I live here. Management is awful. Will never work with you and will give you a hard time. The building is old. The elevators(there are 2) are a disaster. They are under repair every single day. The gym is old with outdated equipment. The lounge is dirty with stained couches. The Concierge are in name only. They actually have to mop the floors and elevators, give you your packages and never will assist you with anything. It’s not their fault. It’s the poor management. Basically, avoid at all costs. Anything and everything else is better.
Healthfull Fastfood!
For fast food, this is not so bad
A little stingy with how much meat or veggies they place in your sub. They're quick and get the job done however.
Clean and quick service.
Standard subway fare but the entire place seats 4
