I was the only pending order but he said since my order was online I have to wait . worker told me my pick up time was later as he watches me wait with no one else in the store. 5 mins later he says “ok I’m done with my side work now I can make your sandwich” LOL I stayed patient didn’t make no complaint.

This is the second time I have had a problem with this location. I order online at 3:40 and the app says it’s ready by 3:55. I go to the store and it hasn’t even been started yet. Today I ordered and waited to see it was ready. Then I even gave them some extra time. But I walk in, they are slammed busy and understaffed but I politely wait until they can assist. I tell them I’m here for a pickup - but I can clearly see nothing is ready. I continue to wait. Then at 4:05 he prints of my order and starts making it. So about 25 mins after ordering, the prep begins. I had to leave because I couldn’t wait any longer. I’m going back because I’m starving but I will NOT be going back to this location. It’s ridiculously understaffed

Spent $70 here but the restroom was closed. After I asked a key ? they said “No public restroom”.I told them I didn’t see any sign which says “No public restroom” and they just said we will put it on, later.Crazy.Do not come here!

The staff has been friendly to me ever since I have been to this subway. Master was especially friendly to me today. Their food is good and I do not usually eat subway!
