Spent $70 here but the restroom was closed. After I asked a key ? they said “No public restroom”.I told them I didn’t see any sign which says “No public restroom” and they just said we will put it on, later.Crazy.Do not come here!

The older guy that works here late nights is very friendly. There is a language barrier but if you’re patient with him you can understand and realize just how friendly he is.

Terrible customer service. Went in to order a veggie delight, no cheese, no sauce, just lettuce, onion, bell pepper, then a large amount of pickles. I am vegan and get this sandwich all over the country with no issues until moving into manhattan. Subway you need to do a better job about checking your franchises and make sure they are following your agreement. The gentleman gave us the normal amount of pickles, when we asked for more he told us it would be extra. Never have I been told that at any subway. Looks like the bodega will be making my veggie subs from now on.

Been going here for a few months, but today I went and the guy who was making sandwiches also was ringing up people at the register. He took the cash from the person then came over to me and continued making my sandwich without changing both his gloves ?. I will never go back. Come on people ??♂️
