Then another customer told him his glove was broken and his finger was sticking through. He then changes his gloves. But when waiting for the sandwich to toast he goes to the ground to tie his shoes with the gloves and grabs ingredients with them. Avoid if you do not want to be sick.

I was waiting for 10 mins and the guy never asked or said anything to me, and the manager was just sitting at the table with her crocs out. I just left cause no one was doing anything and there was line of people.

I live a block from this subway and I get it very often. The food is great! But the workers are not. Everytime I go to get my food I get scolded for not ordering the right way, the worker/s will laugh and chuckle as you order your food making it a very uncomfortable establishment. The attitude is gnarly on these workers. I feel like I am bothering them by just simply ordering my food. I have never written a review on any restaurant, this behavior is just absurd.

Very disappointing experience. The salad ingredients were not fresh at all – wilted lettuce and soggy vegetables. Also, the staff did not add the proper portion of food into sandwich. On top of that, the staff was rude and unprofessional. Definitely not coming back.

I ordered two veggie delights on the app. I had to wait a long time for them to be made. The bread was so hard and old. While my sandwich was being made I asked for a little more onions because I forgot to press the “extra” feature on the app. I was told I could only get 6 pieces of onion. There is no cost adjustment for extra on the app and if there was I would gladly paid for a couple more pieces of onion. If I wasn’t in there my order would’ve definitely been wrong because he kept closing the sandwich before adding ok all the ingredients listed on the order . The The atmosphere was uncomfortable and It felt like the they were talking about me, It may sound strange but someone conversing , giggling and looking at you would make you think that.
