There was spilled soda on the ground, and no one was cleaning it - so we’re waiting stepping. I was waiting for 10 mins and the guy never asked or said anything to me, and the manager was just sitting at the table with her crocs out. I just left cause no one was doing anything and there was line of people.

I live a block from this subway and I get it very often. The food is great! But the workers are not. Everytime I go to get my food I get scolded for not ordering the right way, the worker/s will laugh and chuckle as you order your food making it a very uncomfortable establishment. The attitude is gnarly on these workers. I feel like I am bothering them by just simply ordering my food. I have never written a review on any restaurant, this behavior is just absurd.

Very disappointing experience. The salad ingredients were not fresh at all – wilted lettuce and soggy vegetables. Also, the staff did not add the proper portion of food into sandwich. On top of that, the staff was rude and unprofessional. Definitely not coming back.

One of the servers who made my sandwich is always on the phone talking all da time , making the sandwich , n it’s not really nice bc when we talk unfortunately we also spit at times !! N it’s disgusting , this needs to be addressed asap I told her about it and she had the biggest attitude

Very inefficient subways. Long wait with workers confused about who is picking up or still placing orders. Half the toppings are missing, rude staff that are unaware

I ordered two veggie delights on the app. I had to wait a long time for them to be made. The bread was so hard and old. While my sandwich was being made I asked for a little more onions because I forgot to press the “extra” feature on the app. I was told I could only get 6 pieces of onion. There is no cost adjustment for extra on the app and if there was I would gladly paid for a couple more pieces of onion. If I wasn’t in there my order would’ve definitely been wrong because he kept closing the sandwich before adding ok all the ingredients listed on the order . The The atmosphere was uncomfortable and It felt like the they were talking about me, It may sound strange but someone conversing , giggling and looking at you would make you think that.

I always get my favourite broccoli cheddar soup. However I was extremely disappointed today. When I got home and opened it, the guy had only given me half thr quantity. On top of that, he didn't know how to enter soup into cashier. Never going back!
