Worst dining experience ever.
Our order was mixed up twice!

Found this Subway outlet after walking in downtown for a while. Nice place to have a quick bite. The staff is good.

There are a lot of issues with this store and their staff is racist. The workers give issues to anyone who makes mobile orders or who uses any coupons. They also cover part of their sandwich making area which prevents customers from seeing what they do to the food. The owner of the branch needs to monitor what goes on there since they can be missing with orders by putting anything in the food, not using clean gloves, or spitting on the food.
There were a few times there food made me sick and I got severe food poisoning. There was also a time when Salim intentionally made my sandwich cold and didn't toast it even though it was ordered to be toasted. He was upset that I kept using coupons despite everything being so expensing in this economy.
In the past the Asian cashier guy would also poke fun at me for buying two sandwiches. I might be a regular but don't go as often. I only come once in a while since they're are no other stores near by and if at times I buy multiple sandwiches it is because of the coupon or promotion as well as for one sandwich being for lunch and another for dinner the same night or lunch for the following day. They were so judgmental and nasty. They seem to only do this with customers who sue the app to make orders and who use promos.
The Salim guy gave a lot of attitude and always gives microagressioms or makes small side comments about me or what I order whenever I come to the store. There was another time when the Asian cashier guy working there put my sandwich on extra heat and intentionally charred my sandwich which made me sick and complain since everything including the paper wrapping was burnt. He intentionally put all that including the paper wrapping in the toaster and was clearly trying to miss with my and prevent me from coming to the store again. They lost business from a valuable and regular customer by fooling around. The incidents where my food was not toasted or burnt after being toasted were incidents when the staff were all smiling. Salim even sarcastically said sorry only after getting pressure from colleagues to say it. After I confronted on how their staff always seem to have something to say about my order and how I buy two subs with the promos, Salim himself became defensive. They then tried to gaslight me into thinking they were sorry and how it was an accident, but they were smiling before and after. This was likely coordinated to make me not want to come back there but jokes on them since I told them I'd give them a bad review. They thought they could get away with messing with my order. They should be monitored and/or fired for treating their customers so poorly. Shame on them.

I’ve been living in FiDi for 17 years, and this is easily the best Subway I’ve been to. The sandwich maker was incredibly friendly, the ingredients were fresh, and the restaurant was spotless—probably the cleanest Subway I’ve ever seen. They were generous with the toppings, and the overall experience was great. Highly recommend this location!

Greedy shop! I ordered a soda in a paper cup through the app, but when I picked it up, I asked to switch to a bottled soda. They said I’d have to pay extra for the switch. Why charge more when the price is the same on the app? So greedy!

I would recommend just go to the deli if you’re in New York because they’re stingy with the tuna. I went to the deli and they hooked it up for the same sandwich and there were better toppings more options not to mention you’ll pay more at Subway. the deli is going to hook you up for 10 bucks, just saying I spent $20 on one sandwich and three cookies and the tuna was very lacking. It was supposed to be the star of the show, but all I tasted was onions and tomatoes.

Ordered at 9:19pm (112 John st location closes at 10pm) on Subway app, accepted order and took the CC card payment, (last order 9:30) the app shows time scale and showed green lights of got order, "building" sandwich and "ready for pickup" at 9:42pm. I got to this location on John st at 9:37pm to find lights off and fully all locked up and no one there... 30 mins early. I was charged for sandwich and told made and ready for footlong sandwich that was never made and no one there with over 30 mins left as per their website and Google maps schedule.
Filing a major complaint with SubwayCorp and better get refund fast. Cheats
