The customer service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and compassionate. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely be returning. The clean and inviting atmosphere truly touched my heart. I also appreciate the management’s thoughtfulness in providing free cookies.

Mold sandwich! Avoid at all cost! Rude employee does not think there is anything wrong! Even refused to apologize! WOW! What a “remarkable” human being! I I got this black-mold-covered-disgusting-thing from a Subway app order today. Went back to the store, talked to a claimed-to-be-manager. He refused to acknowledge there is anything wrong with the bread, said something about some cheese or some mumble that I could not hear clearly. I will leave it to you who read this review to determine if the black and green things on the bread are not mold. The guy was so rude that after he reluctantly gave my money back (also tried to only refund the pretax total), he shouted at me for minutes that he did nothing wrong and told me to get out. There are at least 10 other customers at the place at the moment. Some just left after seeing the disgusting thing that they served. 1. This is a huge health and food code violation and the main problem is that you have the Subway employee who failed to recognized this as a problem. 2. The guy refused to even apologize and even said I should apologize to him. For what? Confronting his disgusting behaviours? I do no want to post the video I took (I do not want to violate his portrait rights) when the guy total went nuts on me and if there no counter between us, I felt he was gonna punch me! He had such a scary look on his face! This is absolutely unacceptable and I will never eat at this location or any Subway.

This place is a true disaster! I come here often but after today I would never spend a cent in this particular location! So today I ordered myself a sandwich combo and I wanted dessert so I decided to order a churro only for the guy behind the register to say that they’re all out that they only had footlong cookies so I decided to say why not may I have the cookie please, the guy behind the register looked at me with the only expression as if I’ve done something wrong, then the other guy behind the register started speaking in his language I could tell they were talking about me because of them looking at me and laughing. As I was paying for my food I heard a lady ask the guy behind the register for 3 churro exactly! So I asked the guy sir I thought you said there wasn’t any churros left?! He thanked me began to say he only worked there on Wednesday. I’m so disappointed bc I actually like subway! But after today’s encounter I don’t think I’ll ever be going in subway again especially this particular one!

Extremely unacceptable. There was only 3 pieces of chicken in half of my sandwich and the worker told me that he was told to only put 5 pounds for the entire 1 foot sandwich. Put aside whether there is 5 pound for 6 pieces of chicken, I wanted a sandwich not a bread with vegetables. This is rediculous. No matter how low things are being cut, to thus degree is insane.

Rude to customer, added meatballs and marinara sauce to my order, didn’t ask for that at all. So confused if my order got mixed up but still should be more considerate incase i had an allergy to those things.
