Hello, I bought 2 footlongs through the app and I came to pick them up and when I got here they didn't give it to me because the app didn't have my full name like it is on my ID and I walked quite a bit, they told me that I should put my name like is on my id So I don't see the logic in that because it's a sandwich that I'm buying, they simply told me no, very rude and they canceled my order.

Always come here and they always make my order right. Maria the cashier is very kind and accommodating, I asked her to toast my sub twice and she was really nice about it. Don’t hesitate to give this Subway their business!

Terrible service, rude staff who are incredibly inconsiderate of the community they’ve serving. They also rush through orders so they can go back to hiding in the back to avoid customers, makes for really sloppy sandwiches. Wouldn’t recommend eating here.

This store cancelled my online order TWICE with two different payment methods. The Door Dash driver had to call to confirm if I canceled the order, which I obviously did not. Subway (corporate) called me a few minutes later offering me a full refund since there is nothing they could do. Apparently the store didn't want to process my order for some undisclosed reason. I'm never ordering from this store again!

Would not recommend this location at all. Placed a mobile order for it to be cancelled. I was told to just go to the location, show my ID and receive the order that I placed. I have not yet received a refund for the mobile order. After making the sandwiches, they insisted on charging me again. So basically I had to pay $71.80 for 3 footlongs instead of paying $35.90 once. Completely unacceptable, install a device that actually processes mobile orders & coupons! This place is horrible, the staff are ignorant, I will not be coming back nor recommend to anyone.

Quick, tasty, colourful food! Can’t say anything bad about it... The staff were friendly and always smiling and the queue went down ridiculously fast. And OH MY the food tasted delicious!!!
