Food was decent but the customer service was disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly, which took away from the overall experience. Not the worst, but definitely not welcoming. Needs improvement in how they treat customers.
Your better off going to the deli next door. The worker or owner got upset me and my girlfriend both got the 7$ sub deal. He made a loud comment about us ordering again smh! He emphasized ok again. And seemed upset at us it was very uncomfortable and I noticed he was being very stingy on the toast beef not sure if it was because we got the deal but he on used two slices of roast beef you could barely taste it. Your honesty better off getting a real sandwich at a deli or supermarket across the street on broadway.
It's ok when you're hungry but last time I went the person working there told me there was no more bread. Really? At a sandwich store? It's always empty there so I was puzzled. Never going there to support their business again.

This restaurant is horrendous as are the workers. The man I spoke with gave me a completely wrong delivery order with bread and toppings that I am allergic to with zero warning and zero opportunity to change or cancel my order. When I called to understand why I did not receive a simple phone call, per THEIR policy, to either alter my order or to cancel my meal, he claimed that he did not understand. I have been in the store and spoken with him. They definitely understand: "I cannot have that, please give me something else," so it is shocking and disgusting that nobody wanted to take responsibility for providing food that could send me to the hospital, or even just simply that it was WRONG. To suggest after admitting they were all out of bread that a language barrier is the reason they did not ask me if I wanted something different is a bold faced lie: I have been inside the store. I have made many complex requests. There were no excuses. While inside, it was very clear that the person in charge of the food and the phone whose English was fluent enough to create several complicated orders, as hardworking food service workers do all the time, understood what I was saying. When I say no tomatoes, they give me no tomatoes. When I ask for a wrap instead of a hero, they give me a wrap. Now all of a sudden because you made a mistake, we don't understand? They did not apologize for providing me food that can send me to the hospital. They lied to me saying that their English was the reason they could not help or try to provide adequate customer service. I was not even asking for a refund. Simply an explanation. I get that it is commonplace to be disappointed by this restaurant's deliveries, but what is more shocking is the lack of care in treating customers who spend their hard earned money because of ego. It is disrespectful and it is dangerous. And now I am left wondering what to eat in a food desert at 10PM. What is wrong with you? Just say you messed up, apologize for giving me the wrong food, and move along. Nobody is asking for money and nobody is asking for a signed letter that describes all the things they should have done. Liars, scammers, frauds, and irresponsible people work at this establishment. If you want a correct order and people who consider you as a human being rather than an idiot with no common sense, go elsewhere. There are some great delis nearby. Hopefully they are not closed by the time I walk my disabled self to the closest one. Sickening.

Current worker hardly speaks English and no Spanish (it is a predominantly dominican neighborhood and the last worker spoke both). Added provolone cheese to my sandwich without my asking. Spent 5 minutes going back and forth trying to use $2 from the app. Didn't help that the QR code scanner was not working.

The person closes early every day at 8.00pm when the time is at 10.30pm it happens to me very often I do not recommend it

One of several subway stores I've been to that was clean, the meat and veggies looked and was very fresh and friendly customer service. This store is a smaller store with big promise. I've had bad encounters at other subways before not this on on Dykman.Thumbs up to this subway.
