One of several subway stores I've been to that was clean, the meat and veggies looked and was very fresh and friendly customer service. This store is a smaller store with big promise. I've had bad encounters at other subways before not this on on Dykman.Thumbs up to this subway.

I order ahead of time on the app every day usually never have a problem. Until today. The worker today told me when I went to pick up my order that they weren't opened. I had already placed my order from the app and paid and she wasn't going to give me my order claiming they weren't opened. Yet the hours say open at 8am and this was 10:30am. I showed her that my order was accepted and that I paid and that was when she realized she had to make my order. I ordered a tuna melt. Well she didn't even bother to heat it up and it was just thrown together. On top of it the cookies I ordered weren't even ready so I had to go with cookies I don't even like. I love going to this place every day but this experience with this one worker (this is the second time she's pulled this with me) made me give it a low review.

This subway closes at 9:30. The night shift lady does not allow anyone in after 9:30. I told her your open till 10:00pm. She told me she the only staff on the clock and that she starts to close at 9pm.
DANGEROUSLY Dangerous, CAUTION Do Not attempt the new menu! My girl and O almost had to be hospitalized last night. Deathly I'll, if anyone else has gotten sick from the new menu, please reply as we need more victims to come forward. I can't imagine what caused suck a horrible I'll was, but only one other restaurant has gotten me this sick. The food tasted sour and off, it wasn't right. We assumed it was the new menu. I will never eat Subway again, please do something to find the source of what's causing food poisoning. DANGEROUS DANGER CAUTION DO NOT EAT NEW MENU I'm am I'm urgent care, please stay away!!!!!!!'n

Usually only one person taking customers foods good but the size of the location is too small. You have to do a dance just to maneuver through the line. It’s definitely not ADA compliant meaning if you’re in a wheelchair or walker it’s going to be a hassle abd nightmare.

The two girls that was working on Thursday last week was Very rude and could care Less to make anything for anyone and they should not be working there.

I arrive I try to order the girls talking to each other they tell me to come back after the bread is in the oven that they do not have, I come back an hour later one is eating the other is going to start making an order that I arrive online the one who attends me talking about me Food with the mouth cover wrongly put on, grab the paper to put my bread without gloves, then put it on, more people arrive and say this is already full, waiting for the other people to leave and he says it's good they left.
