Why they don't use the coupons on my order to buy a sandwich. Then I cut the coupon out in front of them. They said the coupon was used already. Stop lying to people subway about using coupons that we can't use. The same to coworker do this everyday. There's need to be an investigation on this subway food store.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Worst service at a Subway I have ever experienced. The guy working this subway needs to be fired immediately. This location is supposed to be open until 11pm. I showed up at 9:30pm and was greeted by a worker playing on his phone saying the restaurant is closed. When telling the worker that the hours say this location is open until 11pm he responded saying no, we close at 10pm. I then responded saying it's only 9:30pm, why can't I place an order and he responded with "I have to clean up." Don't say you're open until a certain time and then proceed to turn away people 30 minutes before the time you stated.

I told him next time change the sign or change the time on Google Maps. Go to the Subway on the corner of Grand St. and Ludlow St at least this subway operation hours is accurate.

I can honestly say I didn't have any issues with this place. It looked clean, the guy who made my sandwich didn't mess anything up, and even gave me a few extra veggies when I asked. He didn't overcharge me either. It was a smooth transaction from start to finish.

I've been to this place 3 times after the first visit 1 particular employee remembered my full order and the order if the person I was with without any help, that was pretty dope!!! he was so pleasant and upbeat. #CustomerService

The worst food possible. Employees all look like they don’t want to work there. Putting less meat and veggies then how subway is supposed to be. Probably the worst location I visited. I found a hair in my sandwich and the worker told me it wasn’t hers and didn’t do anything about it! The one on Grand Street is a way better option. Don’t waste your money here!
