Half the soda machines don’t work and when I was just tapping the buttons to see which one had soda, employee yelled at me and kept pressing me about wasting soda and water when his damn machine doesn’t work and I was just trying to get soda.

Came here at 8:00pm and stood waiting to be helped for about five minutes. Not a sign of life in the place. Lowkey insane that I could be in there for that long without a single sign of an employee being present

I bought the sandwich and in sandwich spoilage vegetables, and sandwich smells bad. Super disappointed. Don’t Go THIS location.

Very small location with only 1 guy working that seems to barely understand english as I had to point out the ingredients. Either that or he just could barely hear me due to speaking to someone on the phone with an ear piece. The vegetables were super soggy and it did not seem like the guy cared much when putting your sandwich together. Definitely one of the worst locations I have ever been to.

Staff in store immediately reject coupon when ask. Didn’t even look at it. I open my app to pay the cashier; the cashier does not know how to charge or provide me with reward points. Truly horrible. I won’t be going to this place ever again. You lose business.

Staff is incredibly rude and argumentative. Even while trying to deescalate(since the baby inside the store was getting started) they continue to argue and be rude. The female staff member is great the male staff member is the issue.

The lady on the reception who was taking the order. I Ask Her to cut off the veggies and can you just mix it? That's what I do every time I go to Subway and mostly i eat everyday in a week. I take Subway food around 3 or 4 times and she was saying that she cannot cut it. There is no way, this is the new method now. We don't cut vegetables now. So first of all, if they don't wanna work fire, these kind of employees? I also have a Subway franchises, I would never tolerate this kind of things and behavior. In my opinion this was horrible plus, when I was eating over there, the guy was sweeping all over the floor I asked him to do it after i m done eating my food? He was kept on sweeping the floor and you won't believe it. I was getting the dirt in my mouth. And I can feel that crunchy flavor in my food because the whole dirt was getting into my food. If you don't believe it pull out the camera roll at that moment of time I literally left the store throwing my food in garbage.Check the camera. This is the worst experience I've ever had. And I don't wanna be rude in this case but, if you don't feel that you cannot handle the store, sell it to me, reply down below. I will take the offerDon't sell bad experience with stupid employees
