Bread was stale, meat wasn't fresh, ended up throwing my sandwich in the trash.

Never order food there!!!! The same problem like in previous reviews. They canceled my order manually and tried to charge twice when I came. A guy who was working there didn’t speak English well and was aggressive. I never left negative reviews in my life. This one is first. Really - never go to this place!

Avoid this location at all costs. I arrived at the store to discover that the owner had manually cancelled my pickup order to avoid national promotional pricing. The manager in the store was very aggressive with me when I tried to figure out what had happened. Won't be returning - not worth the drama for fairly low-end food to begin with.

Family-owned store feeding midtown Manhattan. They'll make your sandwich exactly the way you like it at the New York City price. I see that many regulars come here every day for late afternoon lunch. They always change gloves or bread when asked. If something seems unclean to a customer, they will change it when prompted; all I needed to do is ask kindly. Online orders via UBEReats and Postmates is not fully in their hands, (no coupons) but you can get food at hours when no other stores are open. People complain about prices, but it's midtown New York City as a small business.I've seen the reviews here on Google, other people base their entire experience off of their coupon/payment not working, or something specific they didn't like, but if asked they will tend to your concern.

Store refused to fulfill my order and didn't refund my money. Basically they took my money and then just didn't return anything to me. I've tried contacting customer support and I'm awaiting a response. Please go to ANY other subway store. Just not this one.
At the moment I visited, the level of service was well, however I've stopped patronizing Subway Restaurants because of the lack of transparency as to exactly what certain ingredients are?

when here for lunch at 3:45 pm saturday 10/12/19 as i was ordering my food i saw a huge black fly!!! in there forest ham so walked out . it was so gross i left to eat somewhere else . i will never eat at this location again call heath department on this location

Not extremely horrible but the Indian guy there wouldn't listen to any requests, don't cut the the sand which, , don't this, do that, we were 10 of us at 11:30 at night, only him working, took longer than a restaurant to get our food done. Not the best, not the worst-oh yea only a couple bread choices.
