Went to this location for lunch (it is right by my work). The turkey was dry and see-through, definitely not what sliced meat is supposed to look like. When I noticed I took off all the meat and had a veggie sandwich. The bread was a bit dry but edible. After about halfway through I noticed black specs on the bottom of my sandwich, thinking it was burnt pieces from the toaster I tried to pick it off. To my horror there were a bunch of stretchy PLASTIC pieces running through the bread. This was not like a corner that got stuck it was the whole bottom of the bread like it was melted on. I was sick to my stomach the rest of the day, not knowing just how much plastic I consumed.I should have saved the bread and took a picture to spread the word or take it back, but I was thrown so off guard I ran to throw everything out to get it out of my sight. I chugged water and tea the rest of the day trying to clear my system. I will no longer frequent Subway (this location or any other) after that horrifying experience.

Bread was stale, meat wasn't fresh, ended up throwing my sandwich in the trash.

Never order food there!!!! The same problem like in previous reviews. They canceled my order manually and tried to charge twice when I came. A guy who was working there didn’t speak English well and was aggressive. I never left negative reviews in my life. This one is first. Really - never go to this place!

Avoid this location at all costs. I arrived at the store to discover that the owner had manually cancelled my pickup order to avoid national promotional pricing. The manager in the store was very aggressive with me when I tried to figure out what had happened. Won't be returning - not worth the drama for fairly low-end food to begin with.

Never order food there!!!! The worst Subway ever! I placed my order online and arrived to pick up. They canceled my order manually and tried to charge twice when I came. An Indian guy who was working there didn't speak English well and was aggressive. I never left negative reviews in my life. This one is first. Really - never go to this place! After I checked reviews in Google Map - the same problem with online orders. The same guy cancels orders of other customers and manager never helps to solve this problem. The manager is very rude with customer too according reviews

Arrived at the store to discover that the owner had manually cancelled my pickup order to avoid national promotional pricing. The employee in the store was ill-equipped to explain the owner's behavior. Won't be returning - not worth the drama for fairly low-end food to begin with.

Hello World

Family-owned store feeding midtown Manhattan. They'll make your sandwich exactly the way you like it at the New York City price. I see that many regulars come here every day for late afternoon lunch. They always change gloves or bread when asked. If something seems unclean to a customer, they will change it when prompted; all I needed to do is ask kindly. Online orders via UBEReats and Postmates is not fully in their hands, (no coupons) but you can get food at hours when no other stores are open. People complain about prices, but it's midtown New York City as a small business.I've seen the reviews here on Google, other people base their entire experience off of their coupon/payment not working, or something specific they didn't like, but if asked they will tend to your concern.

They hired some thug who barely talked. He also somehow misinterpreted my tone and yelled "Don't yell at me" like I was some rival gang member of his. In fact, these were the only words that came out of his mouth. Then he didn't say a single word throughout the whole checkout process. Dude needs to get off his high horse. The other staff was not that bad. They weren't super polite, but they were not a complete jackass. I was given the wrong information a few times, but at least I was not threatened.

Store refused to fulfill my order and didn't refund my money. Basically they took my money and then just didn't return anything to me. I've tried contacting customer support and I'm awaiting a response. Please go to ANY other subway store. Just not this one.

At the moment I visited, the level of service was well, however I've stopped patronizing Subway Restaurants because of the lack of transparency as to exactly what certain ingredients are?
