All condiments, sauces and spices are in the middle of the sandwich, leaving both ends dry and tasteless. Every American knows that creating a sandwich has to come from the heart, we put great effort in creating them at home. So why are we given an un-American made sandwich in Subway that is made in a rush and with no respect?

The crew that works at this subway is the best. My girlfriend and I stop in at least once a week and we are always greeted with smiles and they always ask how were doing, the opposite of what you would expect out of a subway experience. They remember the conversations. Its kind of hilarious we dont have to say anything when we walk in, they know. They always provide an adequate amount of sandwhich toppings as well which is good. Nice meaty portions ;) It can be a little busy from 11-2 because its right next to Bryant park, but these guys are absolute legends. Also I have no idea what these guys are doing, but they have the best tasting subway bread out of any location I have been to. For real, their italian herbs and cheese is to die for, be reincarnated, and then die for again. Going to any other subway is always a let down because the ppl are not as friendly and it is not as good.

This subway does not accept the weekly coupons that get sent via phone/email. I've redeemed these coupons at several locations in Manhattan without a problem. The cashier didn't even read the terms and conditions. He just said no the second I said I'd like to redeem a coupon.

Staff not particularly nice, refused payment by card, insisting on cash... the food was like every other subway, but the overall experience was not that good. Can't recommend unless you really crave subway and have nowhere else to go.

Place opens at 7 AM during the week. Went in at 8:30 and found out they were still setting up shop. Not the ideal place to grab breakfast on the way to work

The bread was burned and the meatballs too. The man who prepared my sandwich told me, in a bad way, that the meatball marinara just could have trhee ingredients, but in other subways in ny i had acces to all of them. I'll not coming back here, not recomended at all.

Absolutely horrible service. It says you close at 9 yet I go in at 8:10 and you're closed. Not only that but your staff dismisses you like trash. This is not the first time. He tells me you should look at the door schedule.. like I been walked 5 blocks to look at a door schedule. TRASH TRASH TRASH. Never again. You should just close down and let another business run. I wish I could give 0 stars.

There is nothing to get too excited about here. And if you are on vacation, there is absolutely no reason to come here... Im sure there is a Subway in your town-have lunch or dinner somewhere that your town doesnt have !
