My visit to this Subway in Manhattan was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The first cashier served us with a rude and rough attitude. When I asked him for a softer bread, he rudely replied that they were all the same, that there was no difference. He also charged us an extra dollar for each drink refill that was supposed to be included in the deal meal.

To top it all off, when we had finished eating, my friend went to refill her cup, and the other employee yelled at her that she couldn't do that. We told him we had already paid the refill, but he didn't even apologize. That's when we told him that his treatment of us had been very rude, and he insulted us in so many ways, calling us, among other things, stupid. He apparently wanted to behave even worse and started falsely accusing us of not paying the bill when we actually had the receipt and the card we used to pay with.
The level of disrespect is unacceptable. If you want a moment of peace and quiet, we do not recommend this place.

If you order online it will be disgusting. They did not put jalapeño, Onions, subcrums. They did even toast it. It's very disgusting. Never go to this subway. I even tried reach subway customer support but no response from them.

I have a business in this neighborhood for over 10 years. I have been coming to this store I’ve never been treated like I have been treated today. I asked for a cup of ice because the soda was hot and I got told had to pay for it. I understand tough times, but if the soda is hot, how am I supposed to drink it? Why was i giving hot soda and then when I said, just give me a refund why was I called a lesbian by the working man in establishment and cursed out by a woman?

After we told the cashier (who i believe is the manager) that we were going to use a discount cupon for our meal, he told the guy that was making the sandwich to use less meat and to “spread it” across the sandwich. Terrible service.

Very horrible quality of food. 2/3 less stuffs (not even half) inside compared to normal sandwich of other Subway store. Steak sandwich and hard to find steak inside. Will not buy again.

I’ve had an extremely THE WORST experience at this location—not once, but twice. Both times, I tried to use a discount from the Subway app, and a specific employee refused to honor it, claiming the online order “doesn’t work” or isn’t valid. The first time this happened, I spoke to the manager the next morning, and he assured me the app was functional and that he’d talk to the employee. However, the issue happened again on my recent visit, and the employee still wouldn’t accept the discount.

If this location isn’t going to honor offers set by Subway Corporate, they should just let customers know instead of wasting our time. I’ll be reaching out to corporate to make sure they’re aware of how poorly this location handles advertised promotions. If you’re thinking of using an app discount here, don’t bother—it’ll just be a frustrating experience.
