I am sorry but the guy that was making my sandwich had really strong body order. I couldn’t even eat my sandwich and was to scared to ask for a refund. Save yourself a trip and go to a different subway fam

I’ve had an extremely THE WORST experience at this location—not once, but twice. Both times, I tried to use a discount from the Subway app, and a specific employee refused to honor it, claiming the online order “doesn’t work” or isn’t valid. The first time this happened, I spoke to the manager the next morning, and he assured me the app was functional and that he’d talk to the employee. However, the issue happened again on my recent visit, and the employee still wouldn’t accept the discount.
If this location isn’t going to honor offers set by Subway Corporate, they should just let customers know instead of wasting our time. I’ll be reaching out to corporate to make sure they’re aware of how poorly this location handles advertised promotions. If you’re thinking of using an app discount here, don’t bother—it’ll just be a frustrating experience.

Employee not proffesional. Order foot long tuna sandwich It should i order because of religious purpose otherwise i order other meat item He cut same knife which knife he used ham or beacon He used same gloves Please let him train about halal & other food definition. I eat subway tuna or veggie petty because i'm muslim.

Never again. Watch this place, they will put less meat on your sandwich. I ordered a one foot tunafish sandwich, they only put 3 scoops of tuna, not the 4 that every Subway does. Secondly, they will give you less Turkey slices meat/Egg pattie's when making a sandwhich. They will try to cheat the customer by giving you less meat/food. They also don't give you your proper change, check your change and they do not accept coupons. The people that work here are sub-standard human beings.

Extremely disappointed with New York Subway. I came from LA, and I frequent on Subway. I was on my way back from a concert, and this Subway is the nearest Restaurant to my hotel, so I wanted to get some food before returning, but the employee touch his genitals and adjusted it and didn't wash his hands before putting on his gloves. His service was fast, but he was extremely rude when I was asking for the type of bread they still available, and store was a little dirty, and the trashbin trashes were overflowing on the floor.

I went inside at 2:50am on 7/10/24 an the guy behind the counter was walking around back am forth instead of making my sandwhich. He clearly dislike his job. I ended up just leaving
