The food is fine but lacking costumer service, if you go past 11pm the guy there is very rude, and when you are paying cash, the man only gives you back your bills, no coins. Even if it’s 99 cents, he takes it for himself without even asking if you want to donate o leave it or not, he just takes it. I understand it’s not a lot of money but he should at least ask and not just take your money.

Some of the worst service I have ever received. The worker seemed disinterested in helping when I walked in. I ordered my sub and he was working on another sub, a mobile order I assumed. What I didn't realize is that he then started working on my sub and didn't bother asking what I wanted on it, even though I was standing right in front of him. I didn't want to start anything so I just took it and ate it. He then talked on the phone behind the counter. What a guy.

I eat here at least once a month. Today there was an employee I'd never seen before. Music was blasting from the back and he was talking on the phone through his airpods. I was the only customer in the store. I had to repeat my very simple order multiple times because he just wanted to keep checking on his phone. Overall super unprofessional and lost a lot of time out of my lunch break.

GO TO A DIFFERENT PLACE!!!!! I placed an order via the subway app for pickup. Everything went well, I paid on the app. Once the app said "ready" I went into the store. Man behind counter said they didn't get my order?.. I showed them all the information on my app. The correct store location, and my order and my payment. I had to wait in line again and redo the whole process. Why was my order marked ready.. if it wasn't.? Man was incredibly rude, a sincere apology would've gone a long way. I work around the corner and ordered many times.. but not again. And in your best interest GO TO A DIFFERENT PLACE!!!!!
