I’m absolutely disappointed in the Subway location. I purchased the Ultimate BMT to get a little more bang of my money especially with the 2x cheese as it quote on quote claims. I was completely wrong with that idea. This is the saddest sandwich I have ever got from Subway. And the worker tries to convince me the sandwich was made properly. You can’t even see the cheese without digging into it. I would rather walk a few blocks to the next location than walk a half of block to this location.

The asian guy with the glasses might be asian, does morning shift, heavy set seems to have a attitude all the time. He keeps you waiting, like he's doing it purposely. I'll say hello and that I'd like to order to get his attention but he'll keep on "cleaning" even though all the appliances seem to be clean. Pretty shitty customer service from him.

The morning people don't know prices or how to even talk to customers. Very rude! Place is kind of dangerous. One day I was sitting inside and 2 kids came and robbed the tip jar. These people need to be retrained .

Guy who works the night shift is not very respectful and extremely rude, I was sitting down at the place waiting for my friend to text me what kind of sandwich he wanted, and while sitting the man working behind the register told me to leave because he was going to sweep, meanwhile there was at least an hour before they were going to close

Whenever I see tourists going into Subway I want tell them about the other food options in the area red poke,chirping chicken,even port authority deli for takeout,just walk over to 9th Avenue and explore.Where do we not only is the quality of the food poor too much salt,too much sugar,how do you ruin tuna fish sandwich.ive never tried their coffee might some day.But I literally give the food away then feel guilty that I'm harming someone.Yes many of the workers have thick accents so that's got to be frustrating for them doing.take out,even answering the phone.One other helper mentioned the characters outside selling drugs or begging for money...why would you subject yourself or your family to that please just go around the corner and explore.Lastly I want to say when Subway first came here I was working for TWA at Penn Plaza we had an office party and someone ordered a 6 foot subway,it bad several kinds of meats,the bread was top quality memorable not so today.

Quiet place to have lunch. Service was quick and efficient, for your typical subway fare so not bad. Little pricy. Plenty of seats available.
Someone stole my card and used it there I tried calling them to stop them and they just keep hanging up on me.
I tried to find the train at this subway station but all I found was sandwiches
They missing cheese and other items, and not clean , dont go there
Friendly and courteous staff. They ran out of the regular bread options but they suggested flat bread and the sandwich turned out to be great!
