they are the weirdest people they were like ill cancel your order if you add sauces next time! , their service was not good, they are rudest people, “after work who’d wanna listen to people saying we’ll cancel my order? and my subway is badd its dry! and bot toasted!!! never ordering here again!

What can I say it's New York and subway at that. Stopped by because it was convenient. Low on multiple items. Should have changed my mind and left. Today I have vomited 3 times and I have constant diarrhea. Please ovoid.

Went here with only one person behind counter, with her working fast the item that’s placed in the toaster to toast food, drops on floor. She ignores and continues to complete several orders. Once finished she picks it up and places it on counter then proceeds to calmly put cheese on breads (like 16 breads) ignoring customers that’s waiting. The next customer wants bread toasted and she uses the utensil that fell on the floor. I informed customer who hadn’t noticed. He asked her if it had fell she admitted it had and tried to justify it.
Even if it was immediately picked up, which it wasn’t, it’s still unsanitary. Both the customer and I left. Will not visit that establishment again.

They made the wrong order- instead of making a new one, they just added a missing patty and gave it to me just as is. The other order too was just some bits of veggies when I specifically asked I wanted more veggies. Too bad!

They steal money from customers. They dont want to serve you all vegetables claiming that “subway is changing the way they do business” and they will only give you vegetables that are listed on the menu, nothing else. I asked if the veggies now cost extra, the middle aged rude guy said no, he just cant serve them. This is false as i was at different subway same week and they served you everything free of charge. My sub did not have all veggies - especially was missing cucumbers. Highly do not recommend unless you want to be treated by rude staff and scammed.
