I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway location. The staff member was extremely rude and displayed discriminatory behavior towards me, which was unacceptable. As an Indian customer, I felt targeted and disrespected by the employee, who I believe was from Bangladesh. Personal biases and prejudices have no place in customer service, especially in an international chain like Subway.
I expect staff members to treat every customer with respect and professionalism, regardless of their background. This kind of behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of the establishment but also creates an unsafe and hostile environment for customers.
I urge Subway management to address such incidents seriously and provide proper training to ensure that all staff maintain a respectful and inclusive attitude. I would not recommend this location to anyone until these issues are resolved.

Very rude attitude of employee. They do not know English and do not know how to treat with customers.
They should know that store is located in downtown so it is always busy and should prepare themselves for it
They are already looked tired and angry.
Really, should avoid it specially late night as they got tired and angry because of rush of customers all day

Food is decent but the behaviour Is totally not acceptable if someone is skipping 2-3 types of vegetables and asking for extra onion he shouldn’t be like no more no more! Even there is a language barrier he can’t even understand English And giving reason like We’ll make as per the recipe but at the end he doesn’t even Know what goes and what not. moreover he’s kinda judgemental towards race.

Terrible experience at this subway, out of all the joints I have been to this was the worst of the lot, I recommend you guys never go here, there are other joints nearby so if you’re craving for a sub go vist them. I was given limited veggies and sauces on the sub and treated badly, unfortunately google doesn’t allow for 0 stars otherwise I wouldn’t have hesitated for a second

No one on the staff cooperates; they treat us badly.
Today I ordered my food online app and my order was canceled right after I made the order by the restaurant itself and they told me they didn’t have any wraps that’s why they canceled the order. I never received my money my refund. Where is my refund? Where is my money? I should have received my refund as soon as the order was canceled?!

Rude guy at the counter! They gave me a whole speech on how bread gets soggy with more than 3 sauces, and when I opened up the sub I had ordered, it barely had any sauces in there. They should have cancelled the order if they had such a problem with more than 3 sauces rather than taking it out on making the sub. If you wanna give me a speech about my order at least give me the tip money back!

I believe this shop is either Indian-owned or just has Indian employees. They've renovated it recently, making it much more comfortable to eat there since it used to be quite cramped. The food was fresh (I had Meatball Marinara Melt), and the location is fantastic!

Stay away - terrible experience. The employee was extremely rude, and unsanitary. If I could, I would give zero stars. He has SOO much attitude and would not give the basics you’d expect at a Subway - even if I was willing to pay extra - he refused to give us a sauce even if we paid extra for it. When asked if he even wanted to make the sandwich, he said "NO" and put everything back into the containers. Cheap, rude and horrible experience.
