I had a terrible experience with their service. I placed an online order, and they got it completely wrong. When I pointed it out, a middle-aged woman—who seemed to act like the owner but is actually a staff member—opened up the sandwich with her bare hands and started removing the incorrect ingredients right in front of me, instead of simply remaking it. She was rude, dismissive, and even challenged me about what was supposedly wrong with the order, which was completely bizarre and unprofessional. Her behavior towards customers is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the establishment.

Very bad experience at this Subway. The Indian man at the counter was busy talking loudly on his phone and made me wait a long time for my sandwich. I ordered a chicken sandwich, but there were only 2-3 small pieces of chicken in it. When I told him, he was rude and didn’t care. It felt like I was eating a veggie sandwich instead of chicken.
The service was poor, the food was bad, and the place didn’t feel clean or friendly. I don’t recommend this Subway to anyone.

Worst place for subway…they intentionally dont put the toppings as you used the online offer of 6.99 and also put the half of the patty. When i complained about this- their excuse is because i used 6.99 offer…their manager enforced them to cut the toppings in half

Food is stale & OLD. It was never like this! All of a sudden the bread always taste two days old & my CHURROS was hard as rocks and staleeeeee! CANT EVEN CHEW!!

We ordered some really ugly NEW FOOTLONG SIDEKICK CHURROS. I don't know if it's because of the rawness or the little sugar or the hardness of the dough. There is a bitter taste at the end. Don't sell what you don't know how to do.

Today the woman who served me had amazing customer service! It was rush hour and she was the only one working out front, dealing with multiple rude customers and she kept it respectful, extremely nice and firm! You can tell she has such a good heart.

The Indian employee was rude and didn't acknowledge us because he was too busy talking on his phone. When he finally acknowledged us, he was not friendly. All I wanted was chicken and cheese, nothing else. He told me he couldn't do that. I then said I would take flatbread. He didn't want to cut that, so he said, "I just give you bowl." That is what I wanted in the first place. ? When the next customer came in, the same thing was true. There was no acknowledgment because he was too busy on his phone. THEN, he overcharged me. Very poor customer service.
