Today the woman who served me had amazing customer service! It was rush hour and she was the only one working out front, dealing with multiple rude customers and she kept it respectful, extremely nice and firm! You can tell she has such a good heart.

The Indian employee was rude and didn't acknowledge us because he was too busy talking on his phone. When he finally acknowledged us, he was not friendly. All I wanted was chicken and cheese, nothing else. He told me he couldn't do that. I then said I would take flatbread. He didn't want to cut that, so he said, "I just give you bowl." That is what I wanted in the first place. ? When the next customer came in, the same thing was true. There was no acknowledgment because he was too busy on his phone. THEN, he overcharged me. Very poor customer service.

The guy he never smile.. he didn't say any Word. He looks angry . He wore gloves to make my sándwich and I pay with cash and he took the money with his gloves . And I was like well he don't want to touch the $ with his hands. And surprise he make the next sándwich with the same nasty gloves. And he look at me and then he smile like opps u saw me.. Terrible place.

I got a fountain seltzer water and a bag of Lays. I don’t know what this Subway location is doing but that was the most perfect bag of chips I’ve had. There were very few crumbs. Most of the chips were large and intact. The fountain drink was clean and the bubbles were nice.
