I’ve been here at this location quite a few times even though they don’t give the best service. The last time when I’m eating my order I saw the food guy’s hair in my sandwich. And he never wears a hairnet. Sure will never come back to this location!

I had a terrible experience with their service. I placed an online order, and they got it completely wrong. When I pointed it out, a middle-aged woman—who seemed to act like the owner but is actually a staff member—opened up the sandwich with her bare hands and started removing the incorrect ingredients right in front of me, instead of simply remaking it. She was rude, dismissive, and even challenged me about what was supposedly wrong with the order, which was completely bizarre and unprofessional. Her behavior towards customers is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the establishment.
