I love subway cookies so when I was leaving whole foods and saw this little Subway spot tucked away in the cut I IMMEDIATELY headed over there to get some chocolate chip cookies. The space is very tiny but clean; there was no one in there but two workers and they seemed very happy to see me. I let the cashier know I wanted the cookies and the transaction went smoothly. I threw the cookies in my bag and headed on my way. About 30 mins later I dipped in the bag to taste the one oatmeal raisin cookie that was nestled next to my chocolate chip cookies, and it was hard. I don't know if they have a new formula because it's been a while since I've visited or if the cookie was stale, but I was ticked off. I bit into it still, and it just did not give me that euphoric soft cookie experience I needed. I tried one of the chocolate chip cookies and it wasn't as hard as the oatmeal raisin, but it wasn't as soft as usual either.Lesson learned: taste test before walking away is mandatory! I would've marched right back in that store if I found out earlier that the cookies were sub par.

Lettuce leaves were dark and pale and stale. Staff was very rude and unfriendly. They refused to accept the BOGO50 deal and we had to pay for two foot long.

A bit hard to find this place. There's no signage or advertisement for it. You need to walk down the long hallway near Track 38 (you'll pass a watch place). It's in the corner at the end. Overall, fast to make orders and there's usually no wait. Staff seem friendly.

Iconic NYC experience for tourists. Fact of life for residents. Doesn't smell as bad as I remembered.

New York City subway system is scarier and scarier by the minute. Overrun but homeless people that you have to walk over to get to your train. Cops are grouped in bunches talking to each other but not really looking for any

We used the Battery Park subway to go to Chinatown, we went about 4 stops, it was fast, and we used it again to go to 41-42 to visit other stores. You have to wear very comfortable shoes, fresh clothes for this month because of the heat and sun and the rest is experience in the stores. You have to visit and tour this entire plant.

I would give Zero stars. The guy working their is very rude and upcharges the food every time when people don’t ask for the extras. I asked for a protein brown and got charged $17 when on the online app n menu it’s 10.99. Please hire someone else or will report to headquarters

No one is ever at the front…very inconvenient when you’re in a hurry. I left without ordering anything after waiting 5 min

Worst customer service ever! The guy clearly does not want to be there. Avoid this place completely. I would give them zero stars if possible.
