So I read all the bad reviews but was walking past the location and figured I would give it a try as it is convenient. The place was immaculate, clean, and not crowded. My sandwiches were made quickly exactly as ordered. The subs looked more like the photographs of subs on the walls than any other Subway location I ever ordered from, lol. Even the way the cold cuts were folded was nicer. Everything tasted fresh and the cold sandwich was cold and the toasted sandwich was hot. Can't really ask for better than that! I would absolutely order here again.

I had went there with 2 of my friends. I had got a very simple sandwich to make turkey cheese and mayo. There was a rude old man that made me repeat my order more than 15 times and he had still got the order wrong. And when I asked him To remake the order he grabbed my sandwich started ripping it piece by piece and asking what was wrong with it and after I told him what was wrong he had gotten mad and was throwing a fit I would not come here!!

The menu says a foot long tuna sandwich is $10.49 but they charged me $11.00 plus tax. This means that you steal 00.51 cents from each customer and, at the end of your shift, you put it in your pocket. Is this where New York City is headed?

Horrible experience with the old rude man behind the counter. I had a mobile order and he refused to give it to me even after I pulled the order up on my phone. He was quite irate and I had no idea what the issue was. I even told him my name. I will never go back and I’d advise you to do the same.

The food was fine. The cashier was a little miserable and semi arguing with customers low key. I was a tourist visiting and told me how every sub he sells only profits $3 for the shop for mark up and rent. Like fam I don’t need to know that. I’m a damn tourist here.
