I miss this place best ice-cream I’ve ever tasted in my life. Hands down!
Fantastic ice cream and flavors. Worth the trip to Harlem.
Did an ice cream crawl around Manhattan and this was one of our favourites
Originally from FL … was here visiting my sister and she said this was her fave spot. I went here with my sister and my 5 year old. It’s a nice cute spot. We only ended up getting vanilla, my sister got the red velvet raspberry (sorry forgot what it was called) but it was all good and very creamy. Only negative but wouldn’t stop me from coming back was that the young guy working that night was playing inappropriate music with lots of cursing and I had my 5 yr old in there. Better music choices please.
I thoroughly enjoy the flavors that are provided seasonally at this ice cream shop. It's good to have a black owned ice cream shop in the neighborhood.
I appreciate that the staff are young people from the neighborhood something about it just seems personable and real. they are all professional while remaining authentic truly reflecting the neighborhood they are serving.
Ordered with uber eats, delicious ice cream but the added toppings of cookie cone are overkill I could not even fully taste the ice cream. For $15 this is way too much! Sorry
They are rich and sweet! Very creamy ice cream.

This place is so cute! I visited here when my friend Rexs Icecream collabed with Sugar Hill Creamery and the icecream was fantastic. The interior is also very nice with a good amount of seating. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and it’s the perfect place to go on a hot day.

The ice cream has plastic in it and the workers don’t care. This was my first time buying ice cream from Sugar Hill Creamery and it will be my last. I got a cup of ice cream at Sugar Hill, and in my last bite I felt something hard and slightly sharp in my mouth. I spit it out and saw it was a cut piece of hard plastic. I immediately brought it to the employees behind the counter and they just looked at me. They held it in their hand to confirm it was plastic. One of them said sorry but they did nothing else! They didn’t take the tub of ice cream out from the serving area for other customers, and they didn’t offer me a refund at all. I was shocked they did not remove the tub. I was also shocked that they did nothing to redeem the fact that they served me plastic in my ice cream! I hope I didn’t eat other plastic in the serving- really concerned about that. I am absolutely frustrated and angry at the way the employees handled the situation. The flavor I ordered was “First Day Out” FYI, but I wouldn’t trust any ice cream from there again.

The ice cream was creamy, delicious, & about a cause! Lots of seating indoors and outdoors. There’s a chalk board for kids to draw and be creative.
The service was mediocre at best and could’ve easily been better. They were unnecessarily slow & while on their phones.

The vanilla ice cream corn from Sugar Hill Creamy was delicious. After ordering, we went for a walk in the Central Park Conservatory Garden. It’s such a beautiful afternoon that day, and the ice cream made it even sweeter.
