Ordered custom cakes two weeks ago for a birthday - came to pick them up and they’re not here. The staff onsite was really apologetic and did their best to fix, but it’s a glaring issue if corporate keeps doing this and leaves the staff to deal with the consequences. I won’t be coming here again.

Every flavor I’ve tried is delicious and unique! Recently had their guava tres leches (it was a collab) and im praying they bring it back! The Peach cobbler is a must try for sure. They let you sample flavors and the line moves quickly.

Sugar Hill always has the "sweet socialism" flavor, which is absolutely amazing if you love dark chocolate. They also have a second vegan flavor which rotates seasonally (I really enjoyed the apple cider caramel flavor they had in the fall).
