I was quite disappointed as this place was hard to find. Just a heads up that it's inside of the Rockefeller center, in the lower level. I also Googled "candy store" and this is the first place that popped up so I expected it to have a wide array of candy. After finally getting to the right place, I saw through the glass that they only had a select variety of sweets (such as a few baked treats, macarons and custom lollipops), not even candy. The greatest bummer was that they were closed (I've added the sign found on their door), although listen as open on Google. I urge this business to keep their hours updated on Google so people are aware and don't waste trips. I gave it a neutral rating because I never got to actually try their goods. Yet I will say this place doesn't really have what I'm interested in, so I don't plan on going back to try anything.
Prices are high, but is understandable. Bring your family for an enjoyable time!!!

Great customer service. I was overcharged for the candies I bought, and lost the receipt. 2 days later I went back and the lady was able to help look up my receipt and help with the appropriate refund. It took 2 mins! Love that kind of service.

I have not been to an actual Sugarfina store, all my orders have been online. The candies are AMAZING!! So cute & well presented. I have only ordered when they are 50% off, they are pretty expensive. When I do make an order I order quite a few of them & end up spending atleast $40 but then I keep them for gifts & add to gift bags. They are perfect little additions to those gift bags. So far my favorites are the baby whales, the hearts, & the sugar lips. I'm waiting for the Champagne bubbles to go on sale, I cant wait to try those!! The only issue I have had is the shipping/delivery updates. There is no tracking!! When I go to check, it says error there is no tracking available. Not sure if that's just my account but all my orders have been like that. So, I have no idea when to be watching for my package. I have called customer service & they have been very helpful & accommodating. I think I had help from someone named Kayla, she was a great help. If you have not ordered for Sugarfina, & you love candy, what are you waiting for? JUST ORDER!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND & you won't regret it!! ???????
