Stopped by for the second time while my car is being serviced at Lexus.
This is a very nice cozy bakery with comfortable seating. Great looking selection of pastries, breads and sandwiches. Today I had the scone with chocolate and an Americano coffee. Came with a small biscotti. Both were very good. Lots of take out business and many locals seem to sit in and enjoy the cozy atmosphere. Several people doing business on their computers. Bathroom is spacious and clean.
Definitely...
A fabulous addition to my bread-adventures, I braved a walk through times square (which would be terrifying in any conditions) in horribly aggressive wind I swear to god it was like getting run over by a pack of bulls but anyway I survived and I made it and I followed the festive Sullivan Street flag into this fine establishment. I was greeted by a rush of warm, foccacia scented air and an array of beautiful baked things. All of their bread sounded great but I went with the Truccione!...
A great discovery. The coffee is delicious, both sweet and salty, spectacular, and there is such a variety of breads that you don't even know how to choose. Highly, highly recommended.
