The food and staff are amazing. Kind. Attentive. The location in Chelsea is not filled with charm. It may even look like a hole in the wall location but it is a fantastic place to get good quality sushi. I eat here regularly and have tried several other places in the area but none compare when it comes to the food.
Hello, I went to Sushi 21 and was immediately impressed by the pricing. I mean compared to other places-especially it being In Downtown Manhattan - I mean you definitely feel like you’re getting a deal here. The people are really nice and friendly but it took them almost 40 minutes to make my order. And yes I did order quite a bit but there was nobody else there. The staff here were really welcoming and friendly, which made the experience even better. I ordered a full party platter of sushi and everything was fresh, well-prepared, and tasted great. The portions were solid, and nothing felt rushed or low quality. Overall, a great spot with good food and service I’d definitely come back.
