Place is great. Awesome service and affordable comparatively in the neighborhood. Fish is high quality.
The nigiri was amazing, my favorite was the Gindara Saiko yaki.
food is good but the service is extremely slow.
The service was efficient and friendly. We were seated almost immediately, even without a reservation. The Vegetable Maki and Nigiri Special were fresh and flavorful, and the mochi at the end was a sweet touch. Overall, a good experience — a nice sushi place worth visiting!
The sushi here is incredible. We had the nigiri chefs selection and every single piece was so fresh and flavoursome. The final piece was eel and avocado and it was truly 10/10. Will definitely be back
Wow really great find! Stopped in here late and they quickly sat ur down and the miso soup was out super fast. The sushi was great quality. The fried scallop was amazing! It was like a Rice Krispie treat wow. So good. Would definitely come back

Since my last visit in 2022, I wanted to revisit sushi 456, and it was just sad in terms of quality and execution. Cut of fish was somewhat odd and had weird month-feel, sushi rice was crumbling, and use of tempura crunch was not personally appreciated. Having so many reasonable omakae options out there, sushi 456 will not be my choice for coming back unless for weeknight dinner takeout.

Please warn future customers just how small the servings are. When I order $15 tuna avocado appetizer, I was expecting a plate, not one piece of sushi. Next, the La Carte menu is only one piece of small sushi for $6-$20 a piece. I was expecting something of the size of a taco or large maki roll, not a small slice of sushi. I want my money back.
Seriously, warn customers how small the servings are. This is the saddest restaurant experience I can remember in my whole life.
