Actually bad sushi (not proper sushi rice and hence too hard, chewy and compact), fish that tasted fishy, and the roll combo deals are not actually deals because for most of the roll options you have to pay extra.

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Sushi & Co. off Lexington in NYC, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The sushi itself was phenomenal—fresh, delicate, and beautifully prepared. Each bite was perfectly balanced, full of flavor, and clearly crafted with care.
But as amazing as the food was, what truly set this place apart were the people. The staff treated me with such genuine kindness and warmth that it elevated the whole experience. From start to finish, they made me feel welcome, cared for, and left me walking out with a full smile.
The restaurant itself was spotless and inviting, which only added to the atmosphere. Sushi & Co. is not just a place to eat—it’s a place to feel good. Between the outstanding sushi and the incredible hospitality, I can honestly say this spot is a gem in the city, and I can’t wait to come back.

Really terrible sushi for the price level in NYC. The wasabi was fake and chemical. Fish lacked good taste. The prices are about 10-15% higher than competition.

Quality sushis and udon at a reasonable price. Everything we tried was fresh and tasty. Two thumbs up!

Cute spot with nice staff, but the food was subpar for the price. It’s a great option if you need something on the go or are tired and just need something. But for $40, I expect the rice to not be mushy and the sashimi to be decent quality.

I took it to go for dinner. The udon noodles were generous in volume. There were also a lot of beef slices. It was a pity that the vegetables were a little less, but I was very satisfied with the taste of the soup. The restaurant was clean, tidy and bright. Don't miss this delicious restaurant if you pass by it.

Craving sushi and not wanting to walk an extra block, I gave in to convenience—and paid the price. I stumbled into this fast-food sushi spot (calling it a “restaurant” would be generous), lured by its proximity. The menu showed those sad, likely pre-packaged boxes with no prices listed - never a great sign, but I figured, how bad could it be?
Turns out, $30 bad.
I nearly choked when the cashier rang it up. For that price, I could’ve taken ten more steps to an actual restaurant, enjoyed fresh sushi in a seat that wasn't share with many other unhappy customers, and still walked out with change.
And the food? Predictably underwhelming. If your gut tells you something’s off, trust it. The sushi was bland, lifeless, and laughably overpriced.
As if the experience couldn’t get worse, the staff sealed the deal. I tipped - my mistake - and the server practically tossed the box at me like it had personally offended her. Maybe she was having a rough day, but her attitude matched the ambiance: cold, rushed, and utterly indifferent.
Save your money. Keep walking. Highly unrecommended.

A delicious sushi-spot for decadent splurges at midtown prices. Popular with business crowds and sushi aficionados ready for quality choices at expensive but high-value price points. A treat for well-crafted rolls and fresh ingredients. I’ve had a couple lunches from a couple Manhattan spots now and thoroughly enjoyed it.

It was a cold and damp spring afternoon and I wanted soup. I looked up and I saw sushi and company. I looked at the menu they had Udon soup I added shrimp. I sat at the table. And within 10 minutes I had my soup. The service was nice restaurant clean. Worth the money. I will be going back

Delicious food! Everything it’s always very tasty and made with high quality ingredients. You can really taste the freshness and care in every dish. The service was also excellent.
The wait time was short, and the order arrived quickly. On top of that, the prices are fair, offering great value for the quality of the food. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
