My first omakase and it was incredible. I wish I could eat more! 😅 it’s was so delicious, every ingredient super fresh, service was great. Wagyuni, akami and hotate were the best. The whole menu is amazing but those were my favorites. It melts in your mouth. The vibe is super cool. They are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!!
We went to Sushi by Bou in Times Square yesterday, and it was nothing short of electric. From the moment we descended the secret stairwell—located right next to the Sanctuary Hotel’s entrance—you knew you were in for something special. The whole space is tiny and intimate (about eight seats at the counter), but they pack it full of personality: dim lighting, graffiti-lined walls, and an old-school hip‑hop soundtrack that had real street‑corner energy .

But...
It is insane and frankly undeserved that I was able to get a reservation here day of; this place is so insanely good and at such a good price and I cannot recommend it enough! Food was incredible (of course) but the atmosphere was such a vibe and the staff, especially Chef Orby, were so fun and enjoyable to talk to too! This is absolutely a mandatory stop for me every time I'm in the city from now on.
