This is the best sushi I had in a while. I wasn’t feeling well and was not a meh mood and the hostess Yu is the kindest and most hospitable I’ve had the pleasure of being served by in a while. You know as good the food and atmosphere of a place may be, there is nothing like good hospitality to just enhance the experience, the mood, and it even makes the food taste better. Thank you Makoto team for providing a refreshing step out of the craziness of NYC. I’m looking forward to come back for the omakase! Everyone do yourselves a favor and spend a little extra and go the distance and you won’t be disappointed!

It was very fresh and expertly prepared. chef will talk with u through the whole meal and had incredible attention to detail. There will have a book for the fish texture and flavor. Have good service at all.
