I like this restaurant. I have been there a few times. The young waiter is nice and very friendly. I usually sat in the main dining room and not the Omakaze room. The last time I went that same waiter was not there though, it was late afternoon, and I think the guy who served me this time he usually served in the Omakaze room, he is not that friendly. But overall, I like the food, and the other waiter’s service.

Fantastic sushi bar in the West village!! Even if you are doing omakase, you gotta add an app or two, especially the crispy rice.
We had the young man with curly hair as our server: he is so fun and attentive, definitely elevated the entire experience! The sushi chefs at the counter are also extremely knowledgeable, and the sushi itself is, as mentioned previously, DE-LISH!

The sushi was beautiful as always. I was on a very limiting diet and the chefs and service staff were incredibly accommodating. My chef Phil is a master and chef John is fantastic as well! Thank you for a wonderful meal.

Stopped in randomly one Tuesday after shopping in the area and had an amazing dinner. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable about sushi, I have been eating sushi for as long as I can remember, and having to travel around the world for work have had some of the best and worst sushi out there and this place is easily top 5! Not only does everything melt in your mouth (like the tuna crispy rice!!) you can taste the quality and for the reasonable price it feels like a steal! The manager Jenn I believe is her name, was so welcoming I felt like an old friend who’s been coming to this restaurant for years and you could see that with how happy the other patrons were. I thought the location was new or on the new side since I haven’t heard of them and finding out they have been here for a while and to me seems like a if you know about them, you know; I could have erased those horrible memories from lack luster sushi! The company needs to work on promoting the restaurant more/better because the food and staff here and beyond amazing. I have been telling all my friends about this restaurant and planning to come here again. (Still dreaming of the sushi and that tuna crispy rice!!)
