My favorite hidden gem in Midtown East. Fish is always incredible and the preparation is traditional with no gimmicks, just great fish and classically trained chefs who know their craft.

I would recommend this restaurant as the Sushi was fresh, delicious and made beautiful to the eye and delightful to the stomach. Service was excellent and it was also nice to meet the Manager (Horoki) upon arrival and talk a bit while I waited on my guest to arrive. It was my first time there and I would go back even alone to enjoy the food and conversation with quests at the sushi bar and the associates and chefs. Hands down, this was the best food I’ve had in Midtown — top tier from start to finish. The Spicy Tuna was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. The Tatsuta Age was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a squeeze of lemon that brought the whole dish to life. The Salmon Yuzu Soy melted in my mouth — every bite was packed with rich, balanced flavor. The Chicken Teriyaki was also delicious, tender, and perfectly cooked.
