This was my first time trying omakase in New York, and I went alone — but the experience couldn’t have been better. From the beginning, the staff made sure to ask about any allergies or dietary restrictions, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere was calm and elegant, and the service was incredibly attentive and kind without being overbearing. Every dish was beautifully presented and thoughtfully explained. I felt completely taken care of the whole time.

Love omakase and have tried many in East Village area and downtown. Sushi Saiko was truly one of the best I've been to, from an all around perspective. Super amazing service, warmth, great ambiance and atmosphere. And naturally fresh and truly delicious sushi and amazing flavor combinations. This is currently now my #1 omakase place and can't wait to come back 🍣❤️❤️

Excellent all the way. Amazing combinations and service. Super fresh fish and yummy dessert. Every detail is curated to perfection. The omakase is just enough food but I could have eaten a few more pieces
