A nice place but when we asked for water the waitress served us a mini cup... It's not very commercial Otherwise the food is good (although a little expensive) and the drinks are the same.

The prices are a bit on the higher side, but the unique items make it reasonable. I tried the red velvet coffee, which came with adorable latte art. However, the coffee was slightly cold upon arrival—not an issue for me, but something to consider if you prefer your coffee hot. I also ordered the matcha cheesecake bingsu, and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend giving it a try. The place seemed understaffed, with only two employees handling everything. As a result, service was slow, and the barista appeared to be overwhelmed.

I came in a few months ago to grab a coffee because I had some time before a doctor appointment. I really liked the americano so I came back again recently, but I will never be going back again. I was going to try their desserts this time too, but I was told their cakes were frozen and the macarons/puddings aren’t made fresh everyday. The coffee was also really sour this time and the whole store was just some guy yelling. I don’t know what was happening, but it kinda sounded like insults? A worker might’ve done something wrong, but I think the amount of yelling was over exaggerated and unnecessary. Workers have parents too and I will not be supporting a business that treats their workers like that.

I was waiting for my drink, and this asian male worker (manager/ boss?) starts screaming at the female worker. I felt so uncomfortable, and then he started throwing bread at her. I think the female worker started to cry while the male worker was throwing his tantrum.

Cute place to stop in near Central Park. But the hot chocolate is not good so don't order that! Food was decent. Servers very nice.

The drip is made to order as a pour over. They're refreshingly anti laptop hobos.

Would like it better if it had real Nutella not just chocolate cream.. I’ll probably visit again for the other flavour

Good place to hang out and chill with friends. All flavors of Bingsoo shape ice are really good but recommend Matcha cheesecake and Melon, both is the best.
Ps. Don’t come here after school time it’s very busy, noisy and hard to find the seats.

The Mango Bingsoo was delicious. The dessert is definitely on the sweeter side but if you’ve got a sweet tooth this is the place to be. The shaved ice comes off really easily so it’s a little hard to not make a mess but just be gentle with your spoon. There are little cheesecake bites at the bottom of the dish that pair amazingly with the ice cream up top. They also serve it with a little side of condensed milk.

I ordered one of their shaved ice dessert and it was excellent. Downside is, I came on a Friday, which I found out that they don’t give out the wifi passwords that day and over the weekend.
