Update! I ordered 4 salads at 11:15. was supposed to deliver in 35 mins. Uber guy arrived at 11:40am. He just left sweetgreen at 12:59!!!!! SWEETGREEN SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Never order a group order or for catering. the salad place can't even get a salad bar right. Always disappointing.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this location. My meal arrived cold, and the baked potatoes were severely undercooked — they were rock solid and almost impossible to eat. Because of this, I wasn’t able to enjoy my full meal at all.
I normally expect much better quality and consistency from Sweetgreen, so this was very frustrating. When you’re paying for a meal, you expect it to at least be properly cooked and served warm. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet those expectations. I hope management addresses the food preparation and quality control so other customers don’t have the same experience.

I don’t normally go to Sweetgreen because it’s overpriced. But it’s near my office so I’ve been trying it. Today is the last day I’ll ever go to a sweetgreen. When you order ahead, the salads are never ready on time (even if the app says it’s ready). So I always go 15 minutes afterwards. And then there’s STILL a wait. Including today. Ordered at 11:50. Says it’ll be ready at 12:15. Showed up at 12:25. It’s now 12:38 and no salad. Awful. Bye sweetgreen. Hello Cava.
Edited to add: when I finally opened the salad, it was missing toppings and had the wrong dressing. I sent an email, but sweetgreen is a joke.
