Unfortunately I found a bug in my food. Got a refund easily from the team. Obviously not life threatening but pretty gross. I’ve now seen this happening at other Sweet Greens so they need to look at their hygiene/ changing their provider.

I always have a great experience at Sweetgreen, but today stood out thanks to Luis! His customer service was absolutely excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. Always running on a delay. I’ve had numerous occasions where the food was delayed and way over the scheduled time.
Overall I was a sweet green/ sweet pass member for 6 months in 2024 & the quality dropped continuously until I had to stop getting it frequently. Sweet green is very expensive and watching the quality drop over time seriously makes you never want to order from them ever again. I tried out their new menu item the KBBQ meat and was disappointed beyond belief. I waited for a late order just to get bad tasting food.

This is a good location staffed by friendly people but the water machine went out and hasn’t been replaced for months. Also the replacement of regular chicken with blackened chicken in the harvest bowl is not good.

Look at the decor in this place. Nothing says appetizing like abandoned loading docks off the west side highway rice? Wild rice was tough. Really a mid Sweet Green.

Great spot for lunch when visiting the Whitney Museum as it’s close and reasonably priced for NYC. The salad bowls were yummy and substantial, with a good selection of plant-based options, and the place is bright and clean.

My experience today at this location was terrible. A tall girl with curly hair and glasses gave me attitude and had me waiting for my order for about 10 minutes. While making my salad she was having a conversation with a big brown skin woman. They were using profanity and talking negatively about other people. I just feel like for Sweetgreen the customer service could be better and more respectful orientated especially about others. I love Sweetgreen but I would not be going back to this location. I hope you can resolve this problem within your staff because this is outrageous service to receive. Imagine having a long day and you want to just grab some dinner and experience bad energy when I’m the one paying.
